Great start to the year
Awesome finds!
50 years of hunting and I just watched the prettiest teardrop I have ever witnessed
I love that drill, that apple creek has quite a needle point and some smokin material, amazing finds as always good luck to you may you walk up on the find of your life soon.
Thanks for enjoying the videos and leaving comments. It's humbling to know they reach people in a special way.
Best Wishes to ya
Nice finds Brooksy
Thanks Eric
Salut Brooksy,
I heard that flute and I did not realize how much I had missed you, Brother!
Feeling almost like I am #1 at #101.... !
Great artifacts! .....always makes me happy when you find them!
That drill and apple creek.... not to mention that last toothy point, Wow! Thanks for the killer info on the exit!
I sure hope you are doing well, if not.... know you are in my prayers. I know that you know morel season is just around the bend Buddy.... may your mushroom bags runneth over!
Much Cheer and Many Blessings!
Amazing
Stellar Mike
I knew i knew that music ✌
Just got a chance to get caught up on your vids. Wow! What a start to the year here! Each point seemed to be better than the last. That drill was superb. Then the Apple Creek with a needle tip. My favorite has to be the serrated White River. That thing is a stone cold killer point! Thanks for sharing and as always, best of luck from us!
Thanks. I always appreciate your kind comments. Y'all do fairly well yourselves. Great to see y'all getting more views and being great members within the community.
Best Wishes hunting
One very good reason we moved to the show me state. And the weather. Big bucks. Sure beats Minnesota. Just so you know there state bird is the mosquito there lol. Hope I find my first soon. Looked as kid. No prevail. Happy hunting ya all.
You must be near us if you have shows in Tuscumbia. I've found a handful of blades like the second one she found in both Miller & Pulaski counties (Tavern creek & Gasconade river) we live near Crocker. Dont get out to do this much anymore like when I was younger. Used to hunt a lot of fields and caves in these two counties. My family lives near Iberia ,above the Tavern creek. Used to find artifacts when ever we dug into the ground to plant something on that property. From Morris Park in the Ozarks, Happy hunting!!!
Thanks for video always enjoy your hunting
Thanks James
I always think that “bird point “ is misleading. But I’m not sure where it came from and don’t want to get someone mad. I have been in and out of the hospital since thanksgiving with 3 bouts of covid and I’m now home and still recovering. So this video is uplifting to me. Can’t wait to get healthy enough to get out and find some finds left behind. God Blessed me with more time in this world and I hope to enjoy it. Wishing you a stellar year and many Blessings from The Great Spirit.
Smoke'n Finds !! Congratulations 👏
Thanks Joe
Great finds as usual nice job brooksy. You have some killer sites your a lucky man. Thanks for all the great advice and nice job for explaining things to us.
Thanks Doug. I'm definitely lucky Richard likes to drag me around with him. Or I wouldn't find those killers on that big waterway.
Way to start off the year brother those are some awesome points and a killer little drill. glad to see you out picking up some smokers to set the season off to a great start thanks for sharing and as always good luck and happy hunting
Thanks Bubs. It's definitely a blessing to live here, and even starting hunting here when I did 20+ year's ago. And lucky Richard likes to drag me around with him. I wouldn't have the opportunity to find some of those killers.
Best Wishes my friend
Outstanding as always !!! 👍👍💪💪💪💪💪👍👍
Thanks Wazzy
Good stuff I love Jeff city chert and mozarkite and that one looks like rice lobed
Thanks Kevin. Though I'm fairly positive it's not a RL. They're definitely more common in our area then verses a WR point. Most of our RL are straight based, and when classic Lobed bases get found, they're more like the one Richard just found. If the base of this point would of been more concaved, it would be a classic WR for our area.
Great start to 2021...that needle tip point is beautiful...congratulations on your finds!
Those are some really nice looking arrowheads . I'm 71 years young and I've been looking for arrowheads practically all my life . Can you tell me what tribe them you found come from ? Thanks for the video , I subscribed and will be looking for more . From Trenton , Georgia be safe my friends .
Love seeing this stuff it gets me pumped up to get out there and save more history. THANK YOU GREAT SPIRIT . Im falling behind I need to find some good stuff asap
Very nice, Mike! waiting to see you and Richard fire up the bobcat.
Thanks Tim. We actually got to finally screen some dirt yesterday. Richard found a few brokes and I went home with a lot of pain lol but nothing great comes without sacrifice.
That’s a nice start to the case for 2021! Keep on em and best of luck to ya brooksy!
Thanks brother. As always, best wishes my friend.
Thanks Mike, and thanks for sharing, have a great and blessed day 🦊
Whats up I have some excellent spots in eureka mo....
Killing it already out there my friend! I was loving how that raccoon print was right on the point at the 7.20 min mark! haha But geez, the pieces you found were made by some true craftsmen. It amazing really. Thanks for sharing buddy!
Thanks brother. You're always killing it as well. Yeah them coons are always all over the place. There will be tracks a lot of times when I pick up a point. It's been slow since this vid. But now morels are over it's time to get back on the shiny rock's.
Man, I’ve looked my property over time and time again in the spring for the past few years looking for morels. Never found a one! I talked to a guy who used to hunt my property and he said he used to find tons of them. Maybe he hunted them to non existence on my place or something?! Or maybe I better stick to hunting points... something I actually have an eye for! Haha
Looks like you are starting 2021 killing it Mike congratulations be safe and keep up the awesome finds brother.
Thanks. Hopefully I get to post more than 7 videos this year.
I have family in Columbia, MO. If you don't mind me asking, what city are you close to? What a blessing to have access to such amazing history of the native peoples of this country. Incredible how their work has stood the test of time as well as the elements. You are saving the history of my people. Thank you sir!
I'm close to Jefferson City. Go to Columbia all the time. Different soils and conditions give us artifacts in different conditions, from black dirt, to clay and sandy soil, to how long an artifact has been embedded within a gravel bar.
It's always a blessing to find them all in their different conditions and the adversity within the hunting aspects.
Best Wishes to ya
Awesome Mike! Absolutely killer! I’ve been missing your long videos! Such a treat brother, thanks for sharing!
Thanks brother. Hope to see you get out more often
Wow ya really got some nice blades. That drill is special.👍
Awesome start to the new year! Great finds, I really like that white river point

Awesome stuff as Always Mike! Absolutely killer finds! Congratulations on a great start to the year my friend!
Thanks brother Spike. Hope y'all have a great 2021 full of killer finds yourself.
What a way to start the year off Brooksy!! That little paddle drill is sweet. The White River point is a killer too. Take care and good luck!!
Thanks Carl. Hope you have a great spring of hunting
Heck of a start to the year brother! Killer after killer! The old creek was putting out some good stuff and the river was as well! Good luck out there my friend
Thanks brother. It's definitely been a nice start to the year.
Good job my friend!!
Thanks Steve
What a way too start off the year, get 5 inch mark surpassed and get a beveled beauty! Congrats on all your finds, love the blades! Good luck out there!!
White River is a side-notched point. That point is more likely a Rice Lobed as they have a lot of variability in the base
.Wow my friend. 8 very beautiful pieces all. The drill, all beautiful. Greetings my friend and that the whole year is of good finds.
Thanks Coyote. Hope you have a great 2021 full of finds.
You found some mighty fine artifacts. Congrats.
Always a pleasure watching.
Thanks David
They are all killers! Great saves!
Thanks brother
Amazing points! Yes, thank the Great Spirit, Amen!
Thanks Jenny. Best Wishes
Great finds Mike!! I LOVE drills! The racoon print next to, I guess, the last one of Feb. amused me. He passed it up to go get one of those juicy mussels! Haha! Congrats brother and good luck on the next!
Thanks brother Mike. Yeah we see prints from every animal and bird we have around here. So many times right next to a point, if not on it. Thank gosh they're not interested in them lol
Best Wishes to ya hunting this spring
Congratulations on those beautiful finds!! I love the blades! It is going to be a good year! Take care, and I love your Eagle shots as always.
Thanks Norma. Hoping for a better year than last year. Best Wishes to ya
Yeah man! Great start to the year! Awesome finds! Good luck brother!
Thanks brother. Hope you're getting out and finding.
Good grief Brooksy, what a great start!! That point you found after the paddle drill is absolutely stellar. Hard to find anything better than that. Had to laugh at the 7:25 mark, looks like a coon stepped right on that point. Pretty solid foot print it’s sticking out of. Good to see you out finding stuff bud. It’ll be a few months before I can get out to my spot and find my first artifact of 2021. But, I’ll be catching crappie in the mean time. 😁
Thanks brother Dale. We travel so many miles on that big waterway, you'll see print tracks of almost every creature we have that lives in and around water. And sometimes they step right on the points. I'm glad they leave them behind for us to pick up. Hope you're slaying the crappie.
Best Wishes my friend
Awesome is right.Sweet finds and a good variety of types too.Won't be long til your toad stolls will be up.:>)Thanks for the show.
Thanks Lane. I'm just hoping this year, goes better than last year. It's definitely started off good. Hope to see you get out a little more often.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME FINDS. Right on time Mr. Brooks. I needed my nomadic adventure fix. In all seriousness tho, I truly appreciate yours and Richard's videos more than all others. Thank you for sharing time with us.
Thanks Chris. Sometimes I think about stopping, the share. But the passion runs so deep in so many aspects, it's hard to stop what you love. Artifacts aren't that important, if you're not sharing them. There's always something to learn, for us all.
Killer pieces Mike! Especially like that White River! Im going to try to make it to the show in May to check out all the awesome collections. Thanks for sharing !
Thanks Cayton. Hope you get to make the show.

Low water crossings on gravel roads . Remember in missouri you can enter any creek thru a roadway navigatable or not. Our Supreme Court ruling elder and delclure from 1954 makes it 100 pecent legal. Our road were thier roads to look at water. Rockdog923
