      Stock or water would do, that's what I would go with. Although the taste maybe slightly differ I think.

    I didn't have ginger, so I did oil, butter, shallots and S/P with heavy cream and added 2 tbsp of lemon with grated mechango cheese 1/2 cup. I added to my salmon. WOW, Im in heaven.

    Great vid Chef. Like the use of corn starch bcs of gluten. Have you ever made a jalapeño mustard sauce? I had it in Chicago at Francesca’s with Amberjack. Would love to see how you would make this. Tangy and nice.

    Why does it matter that the butter be in the freezer and also 1 at a time when adding it into the pan?

      When the butter is frozen, add one at a time will make the sauce smoother and creamier! Its also called thermic chock emulsification.

      oreos are brown I'd use chicken stock .

      Mesha Yasar Use white grape juice as a substitute when you want to add sweetness, or deglaze the pan. For a punchier substitute, try mixing a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice per cup of grape juice. That’s what I use and it tastes even better! Hope this helps ☺️

      Coconut milk can be a interesting substitute!
