Glow up? I don't think you should call it a glow up. Both of them are pretty from starting but yeah we can they did have some glow up but that wasn't some natural stuffs. They must have went through the k-pop beauty procedure like every other k-pop idol which includes (for them) paleness of the body, rhinoplasty and some minor plastic surgery.
I'm not sure if Lisa and Jisoo had much thing done on their face, you can see Jisoo's old picture, she looks the same (she just had some very slight change) and for Lisa I'm not quite sure she went through any plastic surgery other than rhinoplasty and whitening of the body. They were always pretty. It's just their style, makeup and hair, making them look more prettier than are.

This tutorial is nice, but it only caters to people who have the same skin tone as you. Not everyone would look their best in these shades. People should do their research into finding what colors look the best for you like what color lipstick or kind of blush or eyeshadow colors. I have yet to find what lipstick color looks good on me because so far every lipstick I've tried doesn't look right on me. It seems that lip tints look much better and now all that's left is to find the color and shade.

This one falls flat for me. I'm a pro sugar baby (been doing it full time) and I've trained several other girls who wanted to try this lifestyle and makeup is only a small part of it. People think sugar babies are donned up in pink barbie suits and Chanel but no, it's far from the truth.
It's the extreme attention to details, the balance between taking care of yourself but never going too extra, meaning: wear clothes that have silhouette not just tight fitting clothes, always wear certain "old money colors" neutrals or red, never having tattoos or show too much skin, nails have to be clean cut and done but not super long and bedazzled with funny designs, etc. I can tell you right now this influencer's hairstyle looks so messy from the top, like she couldn't even brush it. And it's not just make up, it's the rest of the look and the way you carry yourself.
