    Very nice video.
TSP, TwoStrokePerformance is from Australia and the owner is excellent with 2 strokes and is known around the world.
Most people and shops install the base gasket(s) dry.

Thanks for checking out. Yes I definitely go a little overboard sometimes. Use a lot of sealers and thread sealers etc sometimes when not even necessary. Historically I typically do apply them dry as well, 1 reason I didn't on this was because it was 2 gaskets put together. But you're totally right probably still would have been fine without anything. Thanks for checking it out and appreciate the comment!

TSP is not a company I would recommend. Last year I picked up a new XC 250. I ordered some parts including a TSP head, planning to build a bike over the winter. I then had an opportunity to pick up an xc300, which I did and subsequently sold the 250 still in the crate. I emailed TSP asking if I could exchange the head(still in the unopened box)for one for the 300. No reply. I emailed them again a week later stating I would pay any price difference as well as shipping both ways. Noreply. I emailed them a third time a couple of weeks later. No reply. They simply do not care about customer service.

Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your experience. My experience was good, but obviously good for people to hear the other side as well. Thanks for commenting

South Bay Moto Performance is the distributor for TSP in the US, they were above and beyond awesome in regards to customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.
Did you try calling? I work in the powersports industry and sometimes when customers email me the emails get kicked into the spam folder and I end up finding them months later which sucks for both the customer and myself. I hate to have a customer feeling like im blowing them off and im sure TSP would feel the same way.

@@Ellwoodsss1 Are you suggesting that the TSP contact email is kicking customer inquiries into a spam folder? That would be very odd as well as bad for business if that were true. I doubt that. No, I did not call them. I have since sold the bike and gave the head away since TSP made no attempts to respond to my inquires.
I have provided the exact date and time when the initial inquiry was sent. I don't see any response either here or via email as to what happened and why TSP never responded.

@@booger65man awwww you poor thing, i know that attempting an alternate contact method must have been to challenging for you and of course, they are all just sitting around the table laughing at your emails while they wipe their laughter tears with your money because thats what these businesses are like……. Give me a break dude, you must be a wonderful customer to deal with. I have customers like you, no matter what everything is everyone elses fault and every business is only out to rob you of your money right?
Anyway, South Bay Moto and TSP has consistently exceeded my expectations of customer service even once long after i bought my reflash kit, i cannot recommend them enough.

@@Ellwoodsss1 I doubt that someone who responds with that sort of an emotional filled diatribe, operates a business of any significance.
Emotionally driven comments from the peanut gallery do not alter the facts as explained above in any way. TSP did not provide lousy customer service, they provided none.
