I always feel like an outsider looking in on these interviews, we might pick up a few things here or there but the reality of the situation is that most of us will never have the opportunity to be mentored in a decent studio with decent pro so we will never learn the way to master this art like we would like to. It's highly frustrating but that's the way it is.
