First guy wasn't terrible, just didn't know the score. At least he accepted he was wrong
Second guy was spot on, knew his shit.
He was incorrect about who owns the airspace. The airspace up to about 500 feet IS owned by the lanowner but controlled by the CAA and the landowner cannot prohibitaircraft from this space. Logically If the landowner must own own the airspace otherwise how could they extend their buildinbg upwards and who would they buy the airspace from to do so?

As already mentioned several times, second guy knew and understood the rules. A real credit to Jenkins and conducted himself in a professional manner, a big pat on the back for him.

The second guy was very knowledgeable about drone flyers and corrected the security guy in seconds. It still amazes me how security guards don’t know the rules about photography from a public place.

6:55 - They may be seriously disappointed, or even offended. However one of the critical things is the law is not designed to protect people or companies from being disappointed, it exists to protect the rights of individuals. So just as DJ has the right to film, they have the right to feel however they want to feel about it; they just can't impose those feelings on others.

Funny how all these companies never believe you, but only believe their colleagues or the police. Its like going up to a tradesman and asking a question about something you know nothing about, and when they answer, you tell them its wrong.
it does make a good video when somebody has watched you videos dj....but it's also just as enjoyable to watch the ones with people arguing with you 😄😄
I love your content DJ. I used to be a paper maker for 28 years. We made tracing paper and exported to over 70 countries. We had 3 machines they shut mine down after I left . It was sent to India . It is on a world tour because it originally came from Spain . The mill ran for over 200 years . There was one machine left allied to a mill in Scotland . The Scottish Mill went bust and that was the end of Chatham mill near Canterbury where I used to work

Great video, and both employees were good, in my opinion. The first guy didn't know, but soon as he was educated, he was fine. The second employee was absolutely brilliant. I do think that this video deserves a tick as well as a cross.
This is one of the best. You didn’t have to educate them, their own colleges identify you and explain you have the right to do so. That means you are educating the public well. Have you ever handed out 3 and hidden one before on 1 site?

Ya…. that was really an awesome interaction! Maybe not for viral video content, but from a “feel good”, “people ARE learning” and a “DJ is absolutely making a difference out there” kind of video, it shines like a diamond‼️Many auditors in the 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦 have such an aversion to being identified and being “known” while doing a video; with the cops ADDICTION to ID and their well known retaliatory practices, that does make sense on a small scale but not when looking at the big picture. There are a few who have become well known like you have, so Sean (Long Island Audit), Dale (LackLuster), Dan (Auditing Erie County), James Madison, Harvey Freebird, Justin (Random Patriot)…. these guys don’t mind being known and USE it to their advantage, just like DJ does. (Dan is probably the most “out there” and absolutely doesn’t care if they know him, he WANTS them to who he is as he drives his “corruption cruiser” lettered up car around. When I see the interactions with the public that DJ seems to almost always have… I imagine this is what it would be like to watch Robin Hood back in the day!!! Lol 🤣 DJ robs the EGO’s if police and “bosses” and gives to “the people” by way of smiles, laughter and a key ring!! It breaks the ice all the time, is a fantastic marketing tool, and there is NO QUESTION that it helps DJ’s channel to grow! I believe ALL auditors should lean into doing similar things, scarp the masks and conflict over them, and step into 2025 being PROUD of who they are and what they do!! Many of them have EVERY REASON to be proud too!! Anyway, this was a GREAT video DJ, I hope it goes viral BECAUSE of these interactions. You’ll be needing to wave like the Royal family (and draw as much of a crowd) if this keeps going!😆🤣🤪
