Its very slow, especially there is nothing to accellerate the psychic energy, so after you manage to use the Vessel for one, for the second dragapult you need to rely on top deck . I kinda went around it with the special legacy energy but that's only one and anyway with temple of sinnoh it's not effective either. Not sure about this version.

That’s why I use xatu my combo is charizard ex, xatu and draggapult and boom everyone gets energy as if Oprah was giving everyone energy everything else is search and make sure they evolve as soon as possible plus some rainbow energies.
