4. Feats will take priority over statements should there be ANY discrepancies.
5. Characters with little to no feats (i.e. non-main characters) OR that have contradicting feats are NOT acknowledged due to unreliable information.

Haven't played the game, but why is Ushi so high on the list? Is she that much stronger than her older self?

She tanked Takeru's full powered ("EX Anti-world") NP head on. Considering the rest of her arsenal, she should be number 1. I don't really remember anyone with a more impressive feat than that (I have not played the DLC content yet, I'm waiting for all 3 to be out first).

@@Quatinx Haven't played the game either but damn, a lot of the stray servants got super nerfed then. I heard about that, but didn't realize it was that bad.

Yeah some of them did while some like Samson and Yoshinaka were closer to their strength if properly summoned if I remember correctly.

Well at least I can give a estimate for the two DLC characters released so far, just need to see what the final one holds. More than likely considering it will possibly come out this summer.
