I've never been in Iceland! Just often use that location for UTC timezone, which allows for easy conversion to any place in the world.

what would astrology be like on mars, or on proxima centauri - it must be the same energies, just expressed in that location - and it's the speed of the rotation of that body that determines outcomes

I think it would, most definitely. Nice to note! 🙏 I think it's a situation of location specific restraints and getting the moon as far away from the south node as possible, while still in a strong house. That's how I'm going about it.
