- Today I am interviewing astrologer, musician, author and documentary maker Ronnie Pontiac @theronniepontiac about the final phase of the USA Pluto return. In this video we discuss where we have been with the Pluto return but also where we are going headed into the election and in 2025 when we have an entirely new energy emerging in the cosmos with Uranus transitioning into Gemini and Neptune going into Aries. We will discuss the harmonious aspects the outer planets are making as we move out of this intense Pluto return and Pluto makes its last gasp in Capricorn to fully emerge in Aquarius for the next thirty years and the implications that has for societies across the world.

My son’s school did this kind of learning among other great programs. A small private K-8, but not cost prohibitive, that we called “the hippie” school.
These kids never took a standardized test until 8th grade (in order to place in a high school) and they all tested in the 80-90+ percentile. Their mission: provide a creative education emphasizing multicultural, cooperative, and experiential learning, supported by strong family participation.
I find it crazy that after how many decades of public education, they still can’t get it right. But then politics plays its part.

I was impressed with Ronnie Pontiac. I found myself feeling that the interviewer was looming large on my screen - maybe she could sit back a little bit. I appreciated how much the interviewer allowed Ronnie to wander without too much interruption.
She sounds like she needed to be close to the computer’s built-in mic.

@@ep4801 OMG I love this comment. I found Ronnie very synchronistically - his writing just seemed to speak to me and he was kind of enough to agree to speak with me on my burgeoning channel. Some people are just nice like he is :)
Those more well known, mainstream astrologers are great - and they deserve recognition for their contributions but I find other more obscure, but still out there astrologers doing their own thing are of equal measure and some even better in terms of both practical guidance and also more in depth psychologically applied astrology. I’ve been mind blown by some… Ronnie seems to fit that bill!

My take on why all systems of astrological calculations seem to work, no matter the house system, tropical or sidereal, is that it is a portal and the astrologer uses their symbolic understanding to interpret the language spoken by the stars. A great test would be to have the same astrologer use several systems and see what new data emerges from each, because the creation of each system has an energetic signature or egregore attached to it as well.
I loved this podcast. It's exactly what I needed to hear to calm my nerves, and give me hope after this last month of political, and judicial chaos.
Hang in there. The roller coaster ride is not over yet but there is still hope.

@@lawlessastrology My millenial double Scorpio daughter made my day when she told me her gen x friends are telling her how Ronnie Raygun was the beginning of it going south in the 20th century! I'm was a young adult in the 60s, so some of this feels very familiar even though the planets are aligned differenty now.

I felt political bias and judgement in this discussion, it would be better if it was from a neutral perspective.
Comparing to what was before is also difficult because earths frequency has risen and people are different. Old energies are no longer going to apply.

I so agree with Ronnie's insight on Uranus's energy bringing the absolutely not predictable. As a Taurus sun and rising Uranus has shocked many a Taurus since 2018 and it's not even done with us. So many relevant historical and timely examples in our real world that confirms the universe plays an energetic and otherworldly role in our existence. Steven Forrest's The Inner Sky is the first and most impressionable book I read on astrology. How amazing that he taught you. Happy to have found your channel ❤ Love and light.

When I was a teacher in an elite Manhattan private school,, and in an experimentalk school for working clss HS drop outs, I used a teach to learn system. We would not move on until everyone passed at at least a Bo level. It worked, with A students helping others tlearn. Initial tests were dignostic of what had been learned and not learned. Diagnostic tests did not count, unlees those with As and B+s wanted then to count. The next test (covering the same material( counted for thoose with a B or above. Normally there was no need for a third test.
So glad I tuned in to this refreshing and optimistic take on the upcoming astrology. What’s been interesting to me is the resurgence of traditional astrology during the current Pluto in Capricorn time. Personally, I looking forward to more Aquarian innovations in astrology as Pluto makes its move.

I just think most “older” politicians are either corrupt like Mcconell or are not able to effect the change required to fight back against the corruption machine the GOP has built - Schumer for example who is a lovely man but has been trounced by McConnell

@@lawlessastrology I have the Sun and Moon in the 12 house and Pluto on the Ascendant and as I approach my 70th birthday I'm finding it increasingly important to encourage people to own their power, to make a difference, to stop treating democracy as a spectator sport and to detox from too much entertainment and vicarious experience... and become more heart-centred and gratitude-oriented!

Found you through Susan Lynn; and I am so grateful because as a hippie chick in the vanguard of the boomers, I have been so disillusioned lately. I really appreciated Sarah Silverman's series in which she reached out to conservatives, and wish there were more efforts to do so. I think one reason I have become unhappy with The Daily Show is their ridiculing conservatives so mercilessly. As of 7-3-2024, much has happened since this discussion so I wonder if you might consider another look at what's going on. Must say I am so disgusted by most ofvmy generation; but the younger generation reminds me of my idealistic youth, without the narcissism.

The two salient points made in this video is that there is no way that a Christian Fascist theocracy will succeed during Pluto in Aquarius. That's not to say that there won't be a serious attempt but the backlash will be brutally severe to the point that anyone that professes to be an Evangelical Christian will become social pariahs at best and persecuted at worst. The second point is what Pontiac said about the Palestinians being more Semitic than the European Jews is that Black Americans have been in the USA longer than most whites. Practically 99.99% of Black American descendants of slaves have a white ancestor and 35% of white Americans have a Black ancestor. We're really one people with a shared bloodline, culture and heritage. It's just that the white majority refuses to acknowledge it. I think that once the human genome project is completed, humanity will find how we're all directly related to one another.
Agree that the Christo Fascists are in for a rude awakening over the next decade - they will no longer be the power brokers they have been. I for one am I here for it! This was great info. The only thing that I had an issue with was this “free for all” kind of attitude about the acceptance of everyone’s ideologies as he spoke of satanism. This is an ideology of selfishness that has the propensity to harm others via black magic rituals to manifest what you so desire. Anything that harms others should be called out so that people have an awareness and can self protect. Harming your fellow man to get ahead isn’t the Pluto in Aquarius I want to live under. IMO….

That's amazing and such a shame, the story about technology for schools that got stolen by someone who would turn out to be a 45 supporter who was just looking to bankrupt it so he could steal the technology.
I work in a community college in the town where the Johnson -vs- Grants Pass Supreme Court case came from that just made it illegal to sleep outdoors if you're homeless. I work finding resources for community college students and connecting the students to the resources. I fervently hope that we get some real answers soon to the housing crisis in our city, our county, our state, and the whole nation.
Thanks so much for these insights! I find it interesting that Pluto has been in the portion of its orbit that transits the zodiac fairly quickly,- considering its 248 year cycle… in the past +- 70 years, Pluto has transited 7 of the zodiac signs and is now entering the 8th!! That’s 3/4, 75% of its entire orbit in just 28% of the time it takes to transit the entire zodiac!
So, do you think one could conclude that massive changes occur when Pluto is in the rapid stage of its ecliptic orbit🤔🤔
So I’m wondering if things are far more stagnant when Pluto is in the slow phase🤔 Should be coming up ( though not to be fully experienced in our lifetimes lol). Hopefully it will bring a long time of peace and prosperity 🤞🤞

My astrologer does not refer to Pluto as bringing out your shadow but as bringing out your deepest potential. He calls a strong Pluto transit 'your coming-out party.' Pluto as empowerment most of all. The way we frame these planetary energies through our discourse is part of the global transformation.
Pluto is incredibly empowering, especially if handled in a healthy way. Pluto is not the shadow, Pluto exposes the shadow so you can move past things that no longer serve your higher good, hence the empowerment. I don’t believe we have been crushing this Pluto transit and hence the division and strife in the country. I believe it is for our higher good and we will see a stronger country in the end but it’s a painful process and it is often like that with personal Pluto transits too. My hope is these conversations bring us to a higher ground.
I think that all atrology systems and legitimate, but differing, charts, are reflexive. That is, they adapt to the user.reader. and thus they all ework. My preference in my later life is the Whole House System. It shifts many of my chart house energies. Having some planets shift in the housees has helped to make my life better.
