When we were in Malta, bugibba was then starting to build all those buildings,

Hey Beverly, yes its been an hot summer, but can feel its changing now clody and wind, and the odd shower, I was just delivering, so never stayed there, lovely people,
We we're out there about six weeks ago in Qawra . It's change alot from our last visit years ago.
The tourist buses are a bit of a let down now. They used to be around every 15 - 20 minutes, now it's an hour between buses, so you only tend to be able to see a couple of places a day.
I was going to hire a car. They may have improved the roads, but not the standard of driving lol. So gave it a miss.
We ended up chartering a speed boat to visit Comino, we had an early start so it was really quiet.
It was our first holiday abroad with our daughter and she loved it, especially swimming with the fish in Comino in a blue sea.
Sounds great yes buses are a pain and very busy, Funny enough I am going on a cruise today around gozo and comino

Lovely that pal. Very favorite place for me and the rest is la pirata. So chilled, lovely food, boss tunes and owned by the sea bank. Could sit there all day. And will in October. Good luck to all!

Think you're paying extra (a lot extra) for the view in some of those restaurants. The New Madras is an Indian just off the square and pretty good it is too.

We've haven't long got back after a week at the Topaz (26/8-2/9) and had an Ice cream every night at the Ice Cream place you were thinking about doing the free Ice Cream at. I had fruits of the forest (blackberries, raspberries etc) every night by the 3rd night the lady serving knew exactly what I was having.
Yes they are great couple, I like to tease her and say up to you !! hope you had a great time, wish you a safe return soon xx

Kiosk in Qwara was called Harmony in the old days had some lovely days and evenings watching the world go by sipping coffee with a cisk or two great memorise. Tanties beautiful ice-cream did that walk many times great video Steve. 👍

We found this when we went last month, we spent £2k in 2 weeks.
It was the most expensive holiday we've ever had costing around £8k in total for 3 of us 🤯.

@@EnglishmaninMaltasadly I’ve been stuck in U.K. since last autumn waiting for a hip replacement so haven’t been in Buggiba like I normally would. Just managed the travel to U.K. last October.
