You can have two different accounts on one phone if you use one through the app and one through Google and just add it to your home screen and access the 2nd acct that way.
I use my old phone (an unactivated device) for my 2nd acct and just connect it to CVS wifi when I'm in store.
Jodi, as others have stated, unlink your card in the app, and copy and paste the card number of a different card you want to use into the app and link it.
Be sure that you are NOT logged into the app though. I remember I had issues when I stayed logged in and tried to switch log ins/cards.
As long as a card is linked in the app, you can scan products in the app and even save coupons/ECB.
I always make sure I’m logged out. I use my face to log in so sometimes it automatically logs me in and I have to swipe it away, then open the app again and turn my face away so it doesn’t log me in the app automatically.

Try to unlink card. Look at bottom of screen and go there to unlink card. I hope this helps you.

I use a parallel app it lets you add the CVS app in that and then I have two CVS apps in two different locations on my phone. And I can have both apps open at the same time and go back and forth if I need

Hey, Jodi. I've been having issues with the CVS app, as well. I have an android phone, and I also have anti-virus on it. I've not been able to get into the CVS app for 2 weeks! I click on the app, the CVS Pharmacy logo pops up, then I get kicked out of the app. I don't even make it to the home screen, and I get an error message saying that the app has a bug and to try updating the app when they fix the issue. So, beware that the app does have a bug, and that's probably why you're having issues with it, as well.

I have had this issue from the beginning so I only have 2 accts. One is on my iPhone and one on my iPad. That is the only way I can do it
My app will only allow me to log into one CVS account while in the store. I thought it may be their in store wifi that only allows this. As soon as I walk outside and connect to AT&T's network it'll allow me to log into a different one. I just downloaded the CVS app on an old phone we have and I use it in the store for my husbands account and I use my account on my phone.

I am so curious how all your accounts get two of each digital coupon..so confused! You are one LUCKY lady... Poise are not cheap and it is a product that I use.
Every account gets the same coupons. They were released on different days or weeks. I had one clipped previously and a new one was sent to all our accounts 😊
Same issues here with the app! Have to delete it EVERY TIME! So annoying but it is what it is 😔

I have an android . Sometimes this happens to me. I just clear out my apps and keep logging back in 😅 it eventually switches

Use a spare cheap phone just for couponing. I did this way if I had two accounts. Actually alternate shopping in CVS is great.
I was going to suggest this! You don't need service to be active on the other phone. I actually bought a cheap prepaid phone (never activated it) and used the Hotspot on my main phone to use the app over wifi while in the store. My hubby used his old phone the same way. He couponed for his mom on his old phone, and I couponed for my dad on my extra phone. We also had Ibotta accounts for them on those phones also. I hope this helps someone! ❤

I remember hearing they were taking measures to stop people from using multiple accounts.
I do not delete the app, I just unlink the card. I have both account numbers written down in my coupon wallet.

Some stores have a newer system and the glitch doesn’t work
Have you ever used a digital reward at CVS? I have twice now and both times it only took off around $3.74 of the $5 it was supposed to. Diapers aren’t taxed in my state so I don’t know why. I am thinking possibly because I used extra bucks.
Did you use any threshold coupons? That will reduce the price of your product and if you used the digital coupon that will also reduce the price of it.
@@jodimdunn1660 I did the second time. I used a $7 off of $70 plus the $3 off 2 digital coupon. The first time I did not. All I bought at that time was the 2 packs of diapers. I didn’t have a digital for them. I did use my care pass though and other extra bucks.
To change to a different account what I do is go to show card, manage your extra card, unlink your card and then link new card using the card number. It’s easier if you have the card # save so you just can copy and paste. Hope it works 😊

This is what I do! I have the card numbers saved in my notes app so I can quickly copy and paste. I just make sure not to log into the app.
My store still doesn't have the same ad as most. Ugh. And now my app won't work.

Last week at CVS my cashier told me that you can only do the deal one time during the holy week time period not one time each week. Was hshe wrong?

Sometimes my accounts don't switch over when I try either. I have found that signing out from my account as well as my extra care card and then signing in with my other account works most of the time. Sometimes I have to do it twice for it to switch over

In order to switch accounts on my phone I have to log out of account and then sign back in with the email on that account and I get sent a special code to sign in. Then it opens up that account. I use my account and my two daughter's. It is such a pain in the butt to have to keep getting those codes.
Yes that sounds exactly like my process but it’s not switching the accounts any longer 🤷♀️

I learn something things and how to save with you. What’s going on at CVS? Today I had coupons for Colgate. The sale was buy $25 worth and get $10 back. When the receipt printed , I got no reward money. Cashier told me after the fact that I had to didn’t close to $32 dollars and then use my coupons to have my total above $25.00. CVS had changed and it’s frustrating. Do you see it at your store?😢
Nope. It’s most likely you bought something that didn’t qualify for that promotion. It’s always before coupons, even if the cashier thinks it’s after coupons. They don’t really understand. Look at your receipt and it will tell you how much tracking it shows

Anyone having trouble using Extra Care bucks on your card and not getting Extra Care bucks credit? I'm finding it takes it off the total of the item and wants you to buy more. I have to call to get my rewards. Am I doing it wrong? TY

I have to unlink my card and then re-login to my accounts each time. That's the easiest way I have found. I have 5 accounts. I have problems on the website also my accounts get confused. I don't have to delete the app.

For android phones I have always had to delete the app when trying to switch between accounts. I now have 1 account on my android phone and the other on my iPad. Not sure if there is an easier way but this works for me.

I started having the app issue yesterday, I think they are trying to prevent ppl from having multiple accounts 😢 I fixed the issue by using my old phone for my second account lol 😂
I only use one account, so I don't experience the issue, but it sounds like a easier way instead of deleting the app is to just delete the app storage. I'm not sure about iPhone, but on Android you go into settings and find the app to do this.

I always had to uninstall and reinstall to switch accounts! If not, the app will always reopen to the first account!

I have to sign out of 1 account, sign into my other account, do the verification. After it signs me into my second account, I then sign out and back in again. If I don’t sign out of the new account for the first time, it will still be my previous account.
Yep that’s what I’ve always done. Sign out, sign in, do the verification and hit yes. It’s no longer changing. I’m glad it’s still working for you Laurie ❤️

Yes as long as each pkg costs more than $5, which they do. I did this deal a couple weeks ago when I had both coupons and it worked perfectly! It’s an issue with CVS’s system that works to our advantage 😊

Only one coupon seems to be applying for me also even though I have both coupons clipped. Weird that system works differently. I also tried it in store a week ago when Jodi brought us this deal and had same issue. 🤔

The glitch works in most stores but not all. So my guess is your store has a more updated system and no glitches happen for you
