I make my own version 1/2 butter, 1/2 olive oil or you can use avocado oil. I use fresh ginger and I put capers, scallion, fresh parsley, sage, or what ever you like.

Am from Alexandria overseas,I have a fish restaurant from the fresh Mediterranean fish we cook the same sauce but with the left over of fish bones ,shrimp head &sephia legs it tastes super good ,tastey,high flavored bec.we add fish spices I watch almost all the video for this sauce&order it too , just my opinion it's a mix of herbes with the crazy butter .it's a lot of butter take care of ur heart health .good luck.
Should have cooked onions down first, (takes longer to cook) then garlic. It was a lot of extra steps lol coulda melted all the butter at one time too but sauce looks bomb 👌🏾
