I like the fact that you say it could take weeks or MONTHS before you notice a great improvement! I get very frustrated because I do the exercises for a few days and expect to see a noticeable improvement. I’m 81 years old and cannot believe how quickly I gave list my balance and strength in my legs. I do have a problem with my knees and need to have knee surgery and that makes a difference is rehabilitation efforts.
I like your presentations and have learned more from you than seeing a physiotherapist, by far!!! Keep up the good work you are doing.

As you progress & hold the back of the chair less & less...even to the point of only one light finger---which Proves that your Mind understands the new safety that you have learned...keep up every day. the light touch on the hand rail or other Proves to your brain that safety is always close...bingo! :D

Tapping works well, tho it takes time. I moved ahead more quickly by inadvertently stepping up or down on stairs onto the Ball of the foot---Not the whole foot. Within only a few days I was Easily walking & climbing Stairs with much more ease...even to the point of rarely needing a handhold either up or down. Need to practice every Day! :D

I will give this a try. I fell in July 2023 and have had problems with my gait and balance. Tried PT but it hasn’t helped.
