I am running out of strength. I have started over 6 times. I have lost the most important thing my son. I listened to others saying a good school, friends, and more is what he needed instead of a mothers love. Anyway I forgive two people for making me sign that paper. Keep your eyes on the light, within each of us, the promises that God, The Universe have made. LIVE, walk in love, as love can truly move mountains, heal, try to be, stay open to all of the possibilities. Often when we are in our darkest moments, we find that we have more strength than we realize, that the light will always overcome the darkness, as light is stronger than the dark.
Walk in faith, read things that will help you, uplift, guide and give you hope. Our perspective has so much to do with how we see things. There is a quote that helps me. ~ We do not see things, as they are, but as we are.
There is always another way to look at, see things. This, can gift us with hope, change our perception, as well.
We all need validation. Sometimes, we may not have people in our lives that provide that. I've found that we can get this and more, through books, quotes, prayer, meditation, breathing exercises, just focusing on our breath has huge benefits, both mentally & physically. Reciting Mantras, saying what we want, need out loud, writing them down, journaling, are all very powerful tools. Even in Nature, just sitting with it can provide such peace, watching a sunrise/sunset, sitting on, walking barefoot in the grass, sand on a beach, looking up at trees, planting a garden, flowers, going to a Forest, hearing birds, wildlife, buiding a bonfire, stargazing. The list is endless. All are amazing sources of positive energies, validating that there truly is beauty, all around us.
We simply just have to take the time, to stop and look. We are NEVER truly alone. Nature provides us with the proof of that. We are all connected.
Nature also has a powerful ability to help ground us, feed our souls, by seeing, feeling , hearing & smelling what Nature has to share with us, at any moment. Is quite therapeutic.
Music, is another great healer.
A (best) friend, we can always visit. It uplifts, transports us.
Music, to me has always been cathartic. Our bodies respond to it, more than we may realize.
Our thoughts are very powerful.
Our bodies listen to what we think and say and it responds.
There is a saying that I have found to be true. ~ Thoughts, become things.
They manifest an outcome and it really does matter, depend on what our "self talk", thoughts are.
Being around positive people, spaces makes a difference, as well. All about energies. Everything, contains an energy.
The beauty is, that even during the toughest times, we can still choose, decide how to react, respond. This, is empowering.
Being around, meeting others who are "spiritually awake" understand these truths, are a source of empowerment. It's an amazing, powerful blessing to awaken to, open up to receive the gifts, the grace of this.
We must try to find ways to learn to love ourselves more. All of these blessings (and more) are always available to us. It takes some time, it's like re-learning much of, most really of what we've been taught, accustomed to. Most of us weren't brought up, exposed to this way of thinking, responding, reacting about ourselves and others.
But anything is possible and it begins with how we see, feel about ourselves. I had to re- learn so much. And for me, it was through tragedy, loss of far too many loved ones, illnesses (mostly terminal), other losses, my own health challenges, which became chronic, w no cures. So, through this changing my own life, those of my loved ones, in every aspect.
I learned about how much all these things and more could make all the difference.
Please, don't give up on yourself.
Evolve into a more love -centered, positive, open to receive, possibilities, hopeful person. Where the soul matters more than anything. It is the core of our being. Love is always the answer. Yes. There are different types, levels but you will know what is right for you.
Most answers are already within us.
I wish each of you an abundance of blessings, more love, healing, light, hope, stronger faith, peace.

In 2021 I lost my best and most closes freind ever and after that I became depressed and barely ate then after a different freind dragged me to church I started praying and after a week of praying to see my best freind again I saw him in a dream and he said "To stay tstorng for i shall always be with you" and I relized my freind was trying to say to get back up and fight the grief and that him and Jesus was with me and I that's how I got some strength to want to eat and live again and I'm forever grateful that Jesus answered my prayers.
So please don't give up and always go to Jesus for help, Jesus will always be there for you
