Chalk Painted Repurposed Console Table With Wet Distressing

For this demonstration, I'll Chalk Paint a Repurposed Console Table and then use Wet Distressing to give it an aged authentic look. The base was an old kitchen dining table that I used as a desk for many years. It was time to upgrade my studio so I decided to repurpose the table to a console table. I used ‪@DixieBellePaint‬ Chalk Mineral Paint: Chocolate (base) and Vintage Duck Egg. After painting the duck egg color I used a wet distressing technique. The top boards were painted with Vintage Duck Egg, then Fluff over that, and eventually sanded with ‪@SurfPrepSanding‬ sander to give it a distressed smooth finish.
