Like ah yeah duh but a thing I've noticed for how the writers due with pasts is they barely bring tem up as in a way they don't really matter most of the time as who you are now matters way more. So Hater being Redeemed doesn't need you to know his past, you need to know he used to be villian for ego and lack on intergretity and now he has one just with a new problem: not loving himself enough. For dominator her past might not matter in the same way for her to be redeemed but I kinda love the idea in actually challenging that as much as possible, like wander she can influced the Jelly she took being an example, though enabetable maybe she never can and never will but unlike wonder who brings value in challenged optimism, Lord Dominator is just an obsticle nothing but a big bad thing to deal with, not a friend not a front maybe, just an obsticable. But just because a character does bad things for bad reasons doesn't mean they can't be beliavable. I had a concept that mentally speaking Dominator can't can feel much outside of sadistic pleasure as nothing else makes her happy, as she believes so procceded to destroy getting the only way she could to find joy. Though it was a horrible way of doing so. She has a tragedy while keeping her character intact. Atleast in my idea. Character development could work maybe she can see things differently for the better but her the Most she has is the people who choose to be good were pretty cool. Then she gets executed as she's tragecally an exeception.

Of all the villains, the dominator, reminds Bill Cipher, they are sadistic and evil because they love it, they are both ready to destroy the galaxy and the universe, destroy everyone and scare them to a heart attack, they can both manipulate victims and words to break and humiliate anyone, force them to do what they need, become more dangerous than any villains existing before, like after events with Gideon and others, bill turned out to be the main villain, also the evil one has feelings and a goal to rule galautica, and the dominator wants to destroy everyone and she is absolutely selfish and evil, the music says even more about it
