Literally my first thought. This guy is just a fucking moving mountain made of anger and muscles. Ofc he did not have any problems with the proportions
I remember people talking about My dress up Darling and how unrealistic her body was... then they saw that a woman drew her body and they all went quiet
I just think it's stupid how they think people with tiny proportions don't exist. We do exist and yes, we have the same exact organs that everyone else does. I'm not an alien, to my knowledge. The sad thing is that a lot of the men's bodies in the movies are less realistic than the females'. Yep. I'm gonna go drink green acid to see if I can turn my skin color and go lift buildings. Maybe then I'll look like that dude cause apparently he is normal
i've seen extra swole men at the gym. men whose muscles are so visible (marvel comix level of visible) are either bodybuilders preparing for a contest or bodybuilders maintaining their bulk. or a crossfit instructor. the local guy with a psysique fit for world's strongest man has less visible muscles than that :3
I just want to put this out there: It's particularly interesting to me that when artists draw sexualized characters, a common criticism is that "this is telling so-and-so that they have to look like such-and-such," and that's never the case. The art isn't suggesting anyone do anything. It seems to me that they're projecting, and I think that says more about them than it does the art.
I love how people don't take a moment to consider that women also draw women like this sometimes, they just think all of these kinds of drawings are done by men.
@Gulgathydra Mind-blowing twist: both sides are meant to look good, it's just that one side's looking good is more fuelled by testosterone than the other and *happens* to be physically stronger.
