The restoration of the building complex was carried out with the funding from the Infrastructure Fund (TAMYPO), co-financed by the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (EPAnEK) within the framework of the NSRF 2014-2020, with the participation of national and European resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The total cost of the restoration amounted to 6.5 million euros, with 42% funded by the Infrastructure Fund, while the remaining 58% was leveraged from private and bank funds.
