The default radius is 350 km so they will sweep well outside the normal sector borders, combined with an alert that sounds if any ship spots a Kha'ak station makes a very 'set it and forget it' approach. The Yaki are desperate, so offering them employment is just capitalism BAU.
Then they tell you to go jump. Forcing you to make offers personally.
Would it be worth it to have a number of small patrol fleets of 2 light carriers, all fighter, with a destroyer, 6 corvettes, repair ship and a pilot recovery vessel (swap out when full) to head off/deal with Kark infestations, small Xenon and organised crime elements.
Sort of like firefighters until the big stuff can arrive a grab the glory?
Hey Perun, just wanted to say I absolutely love this series, but that I also really miss Rogue Trader, and was wondering if and when you’d come back to the series
Everytime you showed ship sales to terrans, i never saw capital ship sales. Do they only produce Asgard class battleships themselves at their own shipyard?
out of curiosity: How many hours of gameplay went into this savegame until now???
edit: Would it make sense (from a purely RP perspective, ofc) to add some freighter or so as a dedicated SAR/hospital ship to each fleet?
Shame you can't boost the slaves into making their own faction out of parts of Split space.
Hey perun, have you thought about trying the X3 games/mods if you haven't already? Specifically litcubes universe, the several star wars overhauls. And my favorite the mayhem series, mayhem 3 star wars, and mayhem zero hour. I honestly still find them better gameplay wise than x4.
Does anyone else have issues with caputing Xenon ships? I for example could not capture a PE while a mining vessel earlier was fine.
I read some posts on reddit from about six months ago that a bug related to that was fixed but maybe not. Not sure if I fucked up or not.
Can you make drone fleet carrier?
Are we going to get more Frostpunk?
I have become death destroyer of worlds. Thanatos Greek god of death. I would love to see one of the asgards named Thanatos
Because paranid plasma has higher per shot damage then argon plasma it's slightly higher dps
Do AI factions actually surrender if you control all of their sectors?

Any chance of going back to 2 gaming videos a week? I miss my PerunGamingAU fix.
ua-cam.com/video/QLkfvOinvxA/v-deo.html unfortunate phrasing while looking at ample backside of the next crewmember

It looks like Fleet AI derps on Station Battles, and individual Destroyer/Battleship AI do better keeping themselves safe/take fewer risks.
Fleet AI appears to work better for Fleet-on-Fleet engagements.
a) New vid when? b) I'm a smidge off buying this game. c) Your pretty much playing as a 'more' benevolent United Mining Companies from Stephen Donaldson's Gap Cycle.
