I 100% feel Ashley’s frustration when she was explaining to the guys why it’s so important for someone to remember the little things. I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a red flag per se but girl just wants someone who shows that they care enough to remember these details!!! Sure, she can be the one to remind you of these details but it just means so much more when the guy can remember on his own because it shows how much he likes you for him to be paying that much attention to you 😤 poor Ashley had to argue our case all on her own
Summary of today's episode: Beep. 🤣 There's something so special about each person that is and has been a 'Get Real' host, that once they're back is like a mini family reunion with them just being themselves and forgetting they're actually on a podcast show. I've missed Harry a lot, his attitude, his voice, his personality, everything about him is so cool, I don't know how to put into words the way he makes me feel, is like a safe place... The man is truly a blessing.
I understand Ashley's red flag. Do what you say you're gonna do or don't say it at all. We want a man who can keep their words. "Be a man of your words."

Don't worry Ashely, I support you in your red flag 🚩 My dad used to promise me a lot of things when I was a child and make me have big illusions for nothing, I admit that some things were very stupid or materialistic but thanks to all his empty promises, now as an adult, I don't have expectations for anything or anyone. On the other hand, it ended up becoming kind of a good thing because when someone actually keeps their promises I get so shocked. It feels like a surprise even though I already knew they mentioned it before 😭
With the talk of if money buys happiness, it always makes me think that it can help get you to a point of not being constantly stressed or struggling to be financially stable. It can be a pathway to being happy by just helping you not work paycheck to paycheck or worry about being able to afford the basic necessities in life.
i'd say money is a great TOOL for happiness/to achieve happiness bc like you said it makes your life easier, eases worry and stress. however just like any tool, if not used correctly, it can bring problems on its own. imo what's crucial is learning to recognize what it is that makes you unhappy, and then correctly identify a solution - maybe it's money, maybe it's using money to achieve something, or maybe it's completely separate.
i love how "dark" this episode got, honestly ill love for harry just to talk about mental health and how he sees certain things, and ofc junny always being relatable it feels like talking to a friend

I'm a girl myself and life has been easier when I'm asking directly to my beloved ones what I really wanted us to do together. Asking for the placed he said he wanted to hangout in, things that he said as a promise, or I simply want to feel special. Guys are clueless for most of the time, say it, talk about it, figure it out together will safe alots of energy.
True but we also can't deny that when someone out of the blue remember little things about or for you it's one of the best feelings in the world. It shows that you are listening and you really care about that person. And making promises that you never keep goes beyond than just "superficial" things like hanging out somewhere or giving presents btw. I love that they are talking about Melantonin. I have been taking it every evening for like two years now, because I could not sleep years prior to that. Since I got depression I had insomnia and extreme nightmares (either about real shit that I went through or extremely brutal and violent stuff). Melantonin was my savior, because even after years of talking about it to my doctors and therapist, they just said I should hang in there. Easy for you to say. You can sleep and if you do, you are not waking up in the middle of the night, covered in sweat, ready to kill yourself. After three years they finally gave me something, but it only made it worse and thats when my mom found Melantonin. I have been sleeping ever since hihi. What ph-1 said about this Rem sleep is the keypoint. You are so deep asleep, that you do not remember or “visit” those dreams, so luckily for me, also no nightmares. And you calm your mind right after taking it. You stop going into a thinking spiral and are finally able to rest. I can only recommend it for everyone who suffers from insomnia or nightmares. It has to be of good quality though and a liquid version cuts deeper, because it goes right into your system. Sleep tight❤

Money doesn’t necessary gives you happiness but as someone said you get to have comfort and find some happiness in it because you get to have more options even to seek better help or anything like being unhappy or struggling with mental health and being struggling is definitely awful ! Feels relatable to see people who you think made it also struggles the same than us but at the same point sadden for PH that he has a pill treatment, I did also started struggling with mental health recently where it got to a point where I have to also take a treatment ! I used to not really pay attention to mental health or didnt’ really understood it until it happened to me lol so shout out to him to speaking about it and being open about it ! I love that they are talking about Melantonin. I have been taking it every evening for like two years now, because I could not sleep years prior to that. Since I got depression I had insomnia and extreme nightmares (either about real shit that I went through or extremely brutal and violent stuff). Melantonin was my savior, because even after years of talking about it to my doctors and therapist, they just said I should hang in there. Easy for you to say. You can sleep and if you do, you are not waking up in the middle of the night, covered in sweat, ready to kill yourself. After three years they finally gave me something, but it only made it worse and thats when my mom found Melantonin. I have been sleeping ever since hihi. What ph-1 said about this Rem sleep is the keypoint. You are so deep asleep, that you do not remember or “visit” those dreams, so luckily for me, also no nightmares. And you calm your mind right after taking it. You stop going into a thinking spiral and are finally able to rest. I can only recommend it for everyone who suffers from insomnia or nightmares. It has to be of good quality though and a liquid version cuts deeper, because it goes right into your system.

Money doesn’t necessary gives you happiness but as someone said you get to have comfort and find some happiness in it because you get to have more options even to seek better help or anything like being unhappy or struggling with mental health and being struggling is definitely awful !
Feels relatable to see people who you think made it also struggles the same than us but at the same point sadden for PH that he has a pill treatment, I did also started struggling with mental health recently where it got to a point where I have to also take a treatment ! I used to not really pay attention to mental health or didnt’ really understood it until it happened to me lol so shout out to him to speaking about it and being open about it ! Hope he ; and I lol, will get better
