- Nomadic Fanatic installed his gate to his property. He posted scary signs to deter would be trespassers. The gate goes across the road but can be easily walked around. He also made claim that people are telling his location and encouraging people to visit.
Sarasota Tim changed his tune on homes and RVs. Tim said that buying a home and having a lawnmower payment was foolish. Now Tim says RVs are a bad investment and he wants a house.

Tims trip up the coast from San Diego to Newport Beach is only 80 miles!! Then it is back to the trailer park. The car rental will be much more expensive then paying the extra gas for his truck. He also pays a lot everyday just going back and forth to Cedar City the 30 miles is about $10 per day or $300 per month.

I thought Tim was waiting for a market correction to buy a home. I guess Dwayne's money changed the plan.
i tried to tell that idiot over a year ago that property isnt going to come down much, didnt happen in the last correction except in las vegas.. when the market drops the big mortgage companies simply sit on the properties until the market upswings again.. they arent in business to lose money..
Since he told us there would be a market correction a year ago, home prices and interest rates have gone up even more.

Now every time I go camping, and If i see any creepy old men with cameras, I will report them. If I was by him, and found out he was filming my camper or vehicle for is YT content, I would report him immediately.

the up front cost of a car rental is not the full price,,,, there is insh / gas and other cost, it will be about close to a 1000.00 for a week for car rental ..but hey tims got plenty of money

ST and NF channels are failing. NF refused to cooperate with the La Paz County authorities concerning the reported tracker. Rigt after they came to speak with him he up and left. ST tried to get into the RV park and was turned down. If T does come out well she brought it on herself. And, you know Ms. T's husband reported accident case was till open not long ago.
