    Wow. I do this all the time. Right on the brink of sleep, I choose what to dream about. OR I tap into my subconscious, and as I float into sleep, my mind grabs onto that thought. I’m not sure, but I enjoy it very much.

    I was in a state where I was very aware of my surroundings…the Greek language was laid out before me while I was being taught the Greek and pointed to particular words to remember so
    When I woke…I first learned that I could do this, when I was around the age of about 6 to 9…I was taught Greek methodology the muse to be specific. I didn’t late know about this ability until music and lyrics would flood my head at around the age of fifteen right before the hours of waking… only recently, I’ve learned that it works with anything that you are trying to learn.

    Thank you. I always going from theta to delta very fast. Dont know how to control it. I try to stay but lastly, fall into sleep😅

      Yea however it is a mixture of not just the mind dozing into the subconscious dream state, but the body dozing into a hyper relaxed state as well. It’s kind of like surfing, you must first allow yourself to drift off deep into the coast, but not to deep, for you must remain with the visible waves so that you can catch a wave and ride with it. The theta mindset (lucid mindset) is the same, you must drift away from consiousness, not too far or you will get sucked fully into subconiousness (unconsciously) but just far enough to be able to catch subconscious waves and hold onto your conscious mindset, and when you consciously catch a subconscious wave, you are THETA… or LUCID!

    I would think the “Theta state” is just you thinking that this noise has made you more aware making your brain react by doing what you have been thinking. Example,
    “I should use this im *Probably* gonna be way smarter!!”
    *two weeks later*
    “I think I’m way smarter! I’m trying harder in school aswell! And asking for more classes!”
