You opened up those cabbages like you were opening up a Christmas present!😅 I love your energy. Only a fellow gardener understands your excitement, and I get it!
You should try harvesting and stuffing the zucchini flowers. In fact, you should start doing some videos on how you prepare and eat your garden. I'm sure it would be a greatly appreciated series. Edit: 13:37 Tuck tunnel. 😊
Wow you harvest many veggies and fruit , beautiful garden tour , thanks for sharing to us such informative and creative, next season i will grow these plant too
The energi you got showing us your garden and forest are amazing. Thats the energy I have when I harvest in my 2 small raised beds and my balcony. I have a dream of a small house with a huge food forest one day, you inspire me! /Jess in Sweden
Love from India,kerala....ur doing a great job sir...very happy to see harvesting vegetables as I belong to a country with a great agricultural tradition.
@UserNameLee I didn’t say that it didn’t exist. I said it’s uncommon. Those are the exception. You’re wrong. Go look outside and tell me what percentage of plants you see that are purple.
Thank you for sharing the results of your work - which is a real treat for people who garden as we check the progress of our plants throughout the day. There's never a dull moment from the dig to the pick. Gardening opens up a whole new world to plant lovers, biology students, and foodies. Love your creativity, attention to detail and enthusiasm.
I love James he’s so inspiring I love his content and it is just amazing how his whole backyard is a Forrest not just any Forrest it’s a food Forrest amazing much love James
David the Good gave you a shout-out yesterday and I was so excited! Hoping to see your channel grow because I love your energy and the good info you give. It's also really nice to see what's possible in my own Jersey backyard
I love 💕💕 this farmer and his enthusiastic, jolly attitude towards harvesting, he has knowledge about each cabbage and indeed enjoys nature ! Am watching it for the 2nd tym! I want this farming motivation
Super fabulous garden, Mr. James. Lots of available compost material, plenty veg, a happy pup, and an excited gardener. Great combination. Inspiration.
James, your enthusiasm and your little buddy Tuck make your videos such a joy to watch. I could totally hang out with you guys. It always makes me smile watching Tuck pick his own snacks. I'm north of you, in the Adirondack mountains in NY so a bit shorter of a growing season and unfortunately I had a career ending, horseback riding ending, lots of physical stuff basically spinal cord injury a few years back and I miss spending hours in a garden and I miss my horses whom I had to find new homes for. My impaired balance made it impossible and unsafe for me to give them the care they deserved. I truly get a smile watching your videos. You are doing what I would love to be doing. Keep up the great work and give your little buddy a carrot from me.
That cabbage tho!! I have a yorkie named Toto and he loves carrots! Watching these makes me glad we started amping up the garden this year! He’s so happy out there. S/O from NY!
Another awesome inspiring vid, James enthusiasm is just infectious! Would love a vid seeing what you do with all this amazing produce, the fresh and how you preserve the excess. Thanks as always.
You sir are a HERO! Man I grew up I. The garden with my grandma and a lot of techniques I see you use I remember my grandma doing! She was raised on the land that’s all they had growing up and man watching you has really inspired me to get back out there. I really do appreciate and respect your energy and love of what you do, hope we can come visit y’all one day!!!
I love your videos! Even though my garden is way smaller then yours, i am growing a food forest too! I always watch your videos! And Tuck the rabbit- I mean dog , is a cool dog!
I have to thank you. With your guidance, I have a healthy natural food forest growing. Each day for the last week my family has enjoyed KALE. Our cucumbers have grasped the arbor and look ready to supply us with cucumbers and pickles. I have six columnar apple trees, two green, and four red. I experienced a touch of fungus on some of the apple trees but I made short work of that in an organic manner thanks to you. We have six different kinds of tomatoes heading our way. Some ROMA for canning, several Early Girl for salads, and two beef steak for bragging rights. Green seedless grapes and concord seedless are well on their way. An asparagus bed like no other I have ever seen flanks the south side of my house. Spaghetti squash, and cantaloupe, are taking overt two wire bakers racks which lost their in-home use. Potatoes! oh, the potatoes I've got! White, red, russet, and sweet! Acorn squash, yellow summer squash, green and yellow zucchini too. After last year's harvest, I invested in a large upright freezer. At a yard sale last month, I picked up 5 cases of canning jars to add to the 4 cases I had. Last year when my garden was providing more food than me and my neighbors could use I boxed up bunches of stuff and brought it to our local soup kitchen; that felt great to know I could help. YOU should feel great that I could help. Thank You
We have a bunch of Vitis canadice grapes going, they look to be ready to produce next year, as they're getting pretty big. Hook us up with the pruning video my guy!
So much excitement he is shaking. I love it! Such an amazing Hobby to have... I'm glad everyone is getting into gardening this year. Nothing like a homegrown harvest! Just pulled my first grape tomatoes this weekend! Yuuumm!
Hey James, one of these days Tuck is going to win you the most beautiful girl in New Jersey! On a more serious note, don't you sell some of your produce at the Farmer's Market?
Tech Watch ..he mentioned giving it to people. probably friends and family he might also process and store them to eat when their not in season. Another gardener I know does that they almost never buy vegetables from the store they even learned how to can food themselves. He retired so he spends his day gardening and planning all day . His wife says he retired to early. Lol

Tuck is so dang cute. I think he's teaching people what dogs can eat from the garden!
Yeah he is!!! He teaches me all the time too, I just follow his lead.
I agree too, although I would have thought cucumbers would be harsh on a dogs digestive tract 😳😁

Wow, purple is such a rare color in nature. Looks amazing. I love these videos. Wish I had the space like you do.
@UserNameLee not really, purple is relatively uncommon.
@UserNameLee I didn’t say that it didn’t exist. I said it’s uncommon. Those are the exception. You’re wrong. Go look outside and tell me what percentage of plants you see that are purple.
I like how you put the names of the varieties. So helpful!
Wanted to go to my garden right away after watching James had to remind myself that it’s 2 am. 😂😂 Great video. ❤️
Dude I stroll my garden at 2am all the time lol. It's so alive at night!
I love my garden. There is nothing better than going to the garden, picking some produce and cooking it for my family.
I always go at night. I scare the rabbits, woodchucks and deer off 🤪🤪 I also look for worms and slugs. They are killing my cabbages
I do that all the time especially when i used to smoke weed or whenever i cook late at night i go with a head light
