Imagine hearing, feeling and kneeling at the feet of God and his presence there and then you are judged now this is for those who are not saved and then you will not know his presence ever again for eternity that loss would be horrendous to small a word?😊
I've recently thought a lot about this. Is Hell is being stuck in God's presence without Jesus? God is an all consuming fire after all. Think about Elijah hidden in the cave. Just some thoughts I've had myself. Much love Jesus Christ is King
It's impossible to shut out the presence of God... we are made of God who is Love every heart beat speaks of God's presence, which we are. Hell is a man made word, it's a state of mind and the frequency you are of. Heaven is also a state of mind and can be experianced right now. "The kingdom is at hand" Our Ascending process we are here for. We are all one in essence. Beautiful to know, nothing can take you out of the hand of God.
Not everyone is a child of God some are just straight up wicked and many will go to hell. This has no foundation in anything other than your own airy fairy ideas.
@@olgajanzen9153 good question.. I think it goes along with the honest heart which can make mistakes but tries always to get back on track and be better. The unconditional love doesn't work if it's treated with hypocrisy.... double standards.. two faces... doing sin by purpose to enjoy oneself and saying.. the love will cover it
you mean the Revelation passage is describing an intermediate state? That would resolve the tension with 2 Thess 1:9 - God's presence is in Purgatory because they are guaranteed salvation. But the problem is that the pains of Rev 14 and its duration ("the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever") suggest this is the FINAL state of the damned, not a temporary state of the "holy souls" destined for heaven.
Hell is not the separation of God? I’d say Yes and No. Yes in the fact you experience all the things God is not. But also No because Hell can only be maintained by God himself. Only God can keep that place operational.
Here's how I see it, Were made in God's image, eternal, however without the shed blood of Jesus, your headed to the lake of fire, like silver, constantly being purge from dross, so in the lake of fire, you never get the dross out. The only way to get dross out of our life is in the here and now through the blood. (Isaiah 48:10)
Not sure if I misunderstood but I thought I hear this guy quote from Revelation 14:15 and you follow up on that verse?! The problem is that Revelation 14:15 does not say anything about hell or even the lake of fire lol .. Rev 14:15 KJV And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. Forgive me if I miss understood the verse being quoted But if it is Rev 14:15 being quoted then it's being seriously and graciously misquoted and or misconstrued lol !
the verse address was wrong. The correct verse being discussed is Revelation 14:10: "They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. "
No one really knows. Every single preacher has a different interpretation, and so does every single christian. There may not even be a heaven or hell at all.
of course, no one knows with perfect certainty what awaits after death. Like knowing the temperature in Lahore Pakistan on Dec 1, I wasn't there, so I don't know. I'll have to form my opinions based on the authority of people who were actually there. But if i have good reasons to trust them, it's not unreasonable to think I have knowledge of something, even if i have no firsthand experience. Most knowledge we consider certain is of this type. That's why I've chosen to trust what Jesus has to say about the afterlife. I think he experienced it, and came back to talk about it and left convincing proofs of all this. And Jesus was crystal clear that there was an afterlife, and that it would not be an uniform experience for all, and that without being reconciled to God through him, it wasn't safe to die. (John 3:1-36)
Correction: The relevant scripture I reference is 2 Thess. 1:9, not verse 7

yes, horrendous is too small a word.

so in your understanding.. where does His grace end? What can you do, not to be in a good place?

Greetings... can I ask a question back?
How far do you think unconditional love goes?

sounds like purgatory, yes or no?

@ interesting. I need to investigate some more 👍

Being in hell in the presence of an Angel just means your being witnessed by the angel whilst not experiencing the Angel's love or spirit.
