Slight difference; Glitter glue is used for the stony like glitter ,it’s comes in a transparent liquid while glitter primer can be use for both.
Like I said previously,don’t use the glitter glue for pigments

How do you manage with crème concealer under the eye

Just place the concealer under the eyes and blend with a brush or a beauty sponge.
You can spray with your setting spray before blending

What can i use if i don't have glitter primer

It’s a glitter and it always needs something to hold on to.
But you can make use of pigments they don’t necessarily need glitter glue for application.
