I have noticed the RED soft flock leaves ALOT more flock "residue" on the carrier sheet once it has been weeded.(much more than the old, flock 2) This has caused issues with the red residue transferring onto the garment, or especially white vinyl! We do not have this problem with other soft flock colors. Watched a previous stahls video showing how to press 3 different color soft flock - the RED being one of the colors - and the video showed NO residue - the carrier sheet was clean and free of any red residue. We are using all correct "T.T.P.'s" and have been heat pressing on our Auto clam for many years. Please advise if possible.
Unfortunately, transferexpress doesn't deliver to my area. I can only work with transfers which are available in my area, majority of which is DTF transfers. What's crazy is that all suppliers advise different TTP's when i know they all have the same DTF machine. I'm so motivated to put in the time & effort to figuring out the proper TTP to use but don't know how to start. Up until transferexpress starts business in my area, what's the proper research procedure in testing TTP without wasting so much resources? I hope you could help. I'd greatly appreciate it.
All testing will take some time to get your settings dialed in. We recommend using a garment multiple times and will small sections of the print until you get the results you're after.
Meticulously explained. Awesome. Thank you.
