So funny when he saw his mates. 🤣🤣. The little lad turned into the hard man. Comedy gold.
😂😂😂
4:35 From a timid little boy to giving it the big'un when he sees other cops approaching. 😆
I know “clear off” he’ll be telling his mummy all about his highly dangerous day while spelling out me me me with his alphabety spaghetti.
Can you imagine what type of police officer that mummy's boy is going to eventually grow in to? He was loving the power and the ability to freely intimidate he wrongly presumes he has inherited with the job. He will become very dangerous for all concerned in future, both the public and his fellow officers!!!
@@BodTheCap That is a good call. His balls will need to drop first :)
Another freak with a badge
That child got a bit brave when his buddy's turned up
Wow,did you see Jamie push his chest out and take a step forward when he clocked the other officers arriving, what an absolute tool, unbelievable..Hopefully Jamie sees this and changes his ways, embarrassing to say the least..
You cant cause someone distress by filming them. Otherwise reporters would not be able to do their job.
Which is what Nobody is.
@@brenda1378 independent journalism extends to the individual in the uk
Exactly bro
The council would have to take down all of their CCTV.
@@adrenalinejunkie3828 it's a part of modern life and is not considered by the courts as reasonable. The court uses the standard of "a reasonable person". The language of the legislation is "actions likely to cause.."
There doesn't have to be a victim, also, there can be a person claiming to be a victim who is, for all legal standards, being unreasonable. It's up to the judge whether it was reasonable or not, and filming in public has been repeatedly deemed reasonable
Strange how he grew a pair when back up arrived? Great work and stay safe.
Ye I noticed that too
He's a Police Officer? Dear God!
they never fail to show themselves up
The good old filming personal cars, sigh. The paranoia abt filming such cars shown by PC's is fed by their own misbehaviour towards Joe Public. They've put the targets on their backs themselves, and they know it.
Exactly!
But everybody is filmed the moment you come out if your house. High Street camera's / ANPR camera's so what's the difference 🤔
@@LazyDays26 There is non. The frightened PC's don't want their numberplates to be connected to them by Joe Public. They fear the payback time.
@@LazyDays26he minute I leave my house the neighbour’s Ring doorbell is filming me. Totally pointless things. He even had the cheek to film my face when I was posting dog shit through his letterbox. How rude!
I find it suspicious that a Police Officer, who knows what he is doing is NOT illegal. But still came out to speak to him. :(
Next time maybe say : I will talk to you once you take your hands out your pocket and stop chewing gum .
The have nothing better to do - 4 coppers to deal with a man with a camran Jamie Hinks doesnt even know the law.
That young police officer who first approached you hasn't a bloody clue
it annoys me how he comes up with the allegation , straight away
That you are filming private cars , leaving the police station ;
Just say you were as a example ;
what could you do with that information 🤔
What have they got to hide a camera must be like a weakness causing destress I think policing maybe not be for them.
"suspicious" the act or an instance of suspecting something wrong "without proof" or on slight evidence
Young Shirley temple got all brave when his hog mates turned up😂😂😂
He was a fully fledged mincer 😂
You know it, proper mug that thing was😂😂😂👍
But he was shown to be in the wrong when his mates said that it was fine to film in a public place.
Absolute fanny
how easily they make themselves look like fools is why they bare the brunt of everyones laughter ,, the first one was an absolute joke thinking he has the right to move you along was hilarious
WHEN ASKED? =WHAT OR WHY YOU DOING THIS? REPLY = TO HOLD PUBLIC SERVANTS AND AUTHORITIES ACCOUNTABLE. Because you are allowed to do so, it is not illegal nor unlawful. That is all they need to know.
and any cars registration number caught in the footage the number plate is not their personal property that belongs to the dvla plus what detail's can a member of the public can garnish from the number plate apart from if it is taxed and mot'd and nothing more these fools are just clutching at straws
😇
Got tough when his mate's came out,
1st knob chewing gum next 3 all with hands in pockets . What a bunch of bellends.
@@lordtompett4207 it's possible to acquire details but you have to fill in a lengthy form and it's fully traceable
The little tubby one, who was out of uniform was very agressive when he saw bigger boys coming
"CLEAR OFF!"..
(HOWL!) That was funny...
Billy Big Balls, got all
'ard-knock' when he saw the coppers coming.. Hahahaha!
Well done NP..
You made him look like the idiot, that he is.
Dear God. That first Officer. Slovenly hands in pockets, chewing gum, talking to members of the public like they're sh*t on his shoes. And he looks like he's at the start of his career! How are we ending up putting these people in a uniform?
Snotty nose nearly grew a pair when he saw his buddies..then walk of shame when he heard you were OK to film!
See how he grows a pair when his colleagues arrive on scene.
Yeah he suddenly grew, a pair 😂
They are all fk all on their own.
Yeah, he dropped one of his testicles… right onto the pavement.
@@snidelywhiplash1888 if he was Chinese we could call" ONE HANG LOW". 😁
The brain-dead thugs are beginning to realise how detested they are by the public and so they react with anger which makes them even more hated. PC Snotty illustrates my point perfectly - another Wayne Couzens in training.
Policing by consent has failed. Need to defund
I don't understand how constables cope with the sheer painc of driving in their personal cars, as there are so many CCTV and dash cams in this country. If they don't want their cars filmed they should find another form of travel, simple. Another great vid of holding them to account well done.
Always a thank you from me , holding them to account is the best education needed , stay safe lads
"You are filming police officers personal cars", nice one plod, you just told the world that they are officers cars
Love how calm and collected you are mate - we all could take a leaf out of your book when dealing with them, thanks for your work mate
Cheers. 👍
I don't think we 'all' could. Many people are calm and collected including myself.
My uncle said if ever he see's someone breaking in anywhere he will ring the police and tell them ''please come quick, there is someone here with a camera''. The last time he phoned it was to report his shed broken into and tools and my cousins bike stolen, they took the details then gave him a report number for his insurance. All over the phone, this was over 6 months ago and still never came to see him. He found out later that many of his neighbours had the same thing happen.
Tell him to stop chewing gum and to take his hands out of his pockets when approaching members of the public.
Tweedle dum in the middle lol. Those three showing up was comedy gold
Great job as always Nobody poor, holding a mirror up to this illegal criminal gang.
Where did snotty nose slink off to when the cavalry arrived?
4:39 Thug life!
Interesting how at 6:27 while the IDs of the police were being obtained, a fifth one showed up in the background to take a photo of the auditor.
My advice would be to file a subject access request for that photo.
Good work, well done.
I was thinking about this too.. most likely he did not notice while filming, but should request access by now!
Notice how snot boy crept away when he realised he was on a road to nowhere.
I find it hard to believe that he is old enough to drive!
Start on bikes first than scooters than motor bikes than ice cream trucks
What a way to talk to a member of the public
Noticed he grew an inch when those lads came forth 😆
I miss your reports, ha ha, you and man bun are heroes.
Your best work is when you and the “Man Bun” ignore the police asking you questions, whilst you banter with the “Man Bun” discussing their questions.
Two points you missed here, the first is, if the police officer that contacted you initially was on duty he should not be chewing gum. And the second point is a police officer arrived then took a photo of you on his phone without telling you. This is a breach of data protection law and should be reported.
The first police officer was so rude he deserves to be reported to professional standards.
Make him stand in the corner 😂😂😂😂
You back in action boss ! I miss your work , good job
Amazing how he stood back until is pals turn up then got all butch
Another absolutely fantastic video. More of these videos and stay safe PLEASE.
Great to have you back brother.
Much appreciated
@@nobodypoor 👍
@@nobodypoor You guys were probably the best auditors. Genius.
He grew a pair of balls all of a sudden 🤣
Will they never learn
well done you Guys are one of the best
That's such a good answer.... "they shouldn't of drove past my camera" lol
Policy breach PC 3938 - chewing gum while addressing a member of the public. 🐷🐖🐽
did you notice the officer at the back take a photo on a phone then hand it back to the guy in plain clothes.
he also didn't identify.
You can clearly see that Jamie Hinks wanted and was hoping you would sort of show some reaction when he stepped forward, his eyes lighting up and wanting you arrested, he would have done all that before his maté’s arrival 😂😂😂😂
Need to be careful that Hinks 😂
04:35 "clear off, you heard!"
What a kn0b
Missed you boys, happy to see you back.
It’s an old video. Not sure they are back.
Doh!!
Police are struggling so much nowadays, I'm really concerned about their lack of legal comprehension. It's literally their job to know it so they know what they're doing.
Tell them yes im going to film every number plate i can going in and out of the police station
What a little worm getting brave when he saw his pretend mates, Chewing gum like he’s a gangster when he’s only a little bully boy. His mates put him in his place. They don’t like him obviously.
Did you request the photo that the P.C. in the background took of you?
Good audit, 'you are talking to a police officer' who looks 12, chewing gum, brave when the cavalry arrived, soon shifted his ass, his colleagues obviously know what he is like!
😂 I noticed he soon ran off with his tail between his trotters quick enough when he saw the gang weren't backing him
He got well hard when the rest of his gang turned up, he even tried to escalate the situation. What a coward. He's in the wrong job.
'I'm sure you can appreciate' That old chestnut.
Why do coppers not like cameras, but are filmed where ever we go, nice video mate, keep em coming.
He was for sure bullied.
“I’m sure you can appreciate” 🥵
Lets go NP and MB🤜👍. I remember this one. That first guy the way he approached what a bellend
Their hairdressers needs arresting seriously that's a real criminal offence hahaha 😆
That police woman right at the beginning in the white A- class Mercedes. What an awful stinking attitude she had on her??
Who's a big boy then? Not the first police man.
See the attitude of the first officer changed when his colleagues arrived
Old pc drip grew a set when his mates started walking up didn't he?
6.25 cop takes your picture using first officer's phone
Just for your info. at the minute mark 6:20 the police in the back ground took your photo while talking to the first police man who approached you. In doing so did he not just take a photo and not info you of doing so. Did he get authority from his aboves to be take photos under surveillance, because is that not against the law for Police to take photos of anyone without thier knowledge or informing them that thier photo had been taken as its a breach of GDPR rules? Surely he can ask for a coipy of that photo?
Starts acting tough when he sees his mates, what a muppet.
Its like when your your young and the local bully has his mates with him. 🇬🇧 👍
Looks like a cow chewing a cud. Very professional
Child thought his stones dropped and then realized that they had not
March 2022 entire front Ashfield District Council building had scaffolding erected. No hazards signage or safety fencing around the scaffolding accessible to the public (not familiar with UK regulations but does appear a health and safety issue). But a person with a camera outside is a safety concern. 🙄
3:10 Grounds for charging PC Jamie Hinks 3938 with breaching article 8 of NBP's human rights.
Yes, my right to a private life
Excellent, 👍 suggestion- when they ask you “politely” not to film cars reg numbers, please ask what they would do if you ignored them and did film😅
Classic Nobody Poor 😂😂😂
Imagine what that copper chewing gum would have done if the camera was not filming him.
12 year old Pc chewing gum acting the hard man.
He looks like he should be in 6th form 😂 !!
They need to take their hands out of their pockets when speaking with the public
why did you let the one at the back get away with taking your pic unchallenged _
First copper was a grade A bellend, tyrant of the future
That "Kiddy Cop" looks like he's just out of Nappies
"Obviously this isn't terrorism"
Yeah well lots of your coworkers think differently.
I thought that the police were short of numbers yet here we have 3 skulking in the police station harassing a photographer. They should be out looking for criminals committing crime.
The wee boy that could not swim jumped in the deep end, only to find a shark in the pool!..
The thugs that arrived to pull him out wanted nothing to do with the shark, they were only concerned that he might film their personal cars!...
Did you see the officer taking your picture at 6.30??
Wow gets brave when back up arrives
Love watching your vids but next time can you tell them you WILL record their plates if you want to?
Yes not against the law to film reg plates👍
All four of them with their hands in their pockets. Slovernly.
Take the reg plates off if they could as most of em are without tax + mots, great vid N.P.A.
'You're filming police officers personal cars coming in and out of a police station' - followed by 'Okay, what you doing?' - You already answered it, Jamie.
All three uniformed constables were wearing BWC but genius at the back took your picture on a mobile. Naughty!

🤺💐
"Constable, I am photographing private car registrations that I will later check on the Gov.UK website to verify they have all paid Road Tax (VED) and have a current MOT. I would consider any attempt by a Police Constable to prevent me doing so as a criminal attempt by that Constable to inhibit a lawful activity with the clear intention of hiding the potential law-breaking of a fellow Constable. This would be an attempt to tamper with evidence of an offence and an attempt to pervert the course of justice, for which I would follow up appropriately with the Chief Constable, the CPS/PF, official complaints and a civil case".
Or just tell 'em it's none of their business.
his browsing history needs checking pronto.. bad nonce vibes
Why do cops feel the perverted need to explain to someone who already knows what's legal that they are allowed to do what they do. Would time not be better spent to explain to the person who didn't understand? So it doesn't happen again? But no, they seem totally uninterested in educating them selves, instead they think they are some sort of all knowing beeings who also have some moral high ground to tell people how to behave.
First PC. Overgrown schoolboy.
The people who can get all the information regarding cars are the cops THEMSELVES !!!!!! LOL
Nice one m8 they are not even in your league. But they did try their best (bless em)
@2.40 if that lad appeared to me out of nowhere like that i would burst out laughing . Who is going to take this lad seriously . He looks inexperienced, and nervous
. No life skills whatsoever !
Causing distress? They always forget the rest. Abusive, disorderly or violent behaviour or signs. They are obsessed about this filming of their number plates. The number plates are in the public domain.
He hasn't spoken to them driving in. So how does the lying ....... know they are distressed.
