The FOS was only looking at the hub, not the OD teeth and ID spline. After adding the teeth and spline you could analyze again with loads and constraints on the teeth and spline with either Performance Predictor or Simcenter 3D. Not sure about the hardware requirements for GPUs. I have an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000.

topology optimization of heat sink ?
Would need Nastran Topology Optimization for a heat sink instead of NX Topology Optimization.
