Do you have a video showing how to make the “sled”/jig Jason is using to hold the wood pieces?

Hi Christopher, We don't have a video on how to making this particular jig, but we do sell the UJK Professional Coping Sled
bit.ly/3NQpPzw which can be used for this task. This video shows you how to do this ua-cam.com/video/nDEPxz6V79o/v-deo.html

Thanks for the video. The website says minimum timber thickness is 18mm but the video states 19mm? Can you confirm please?

What wood is being used here? How many passes will need to be undertaken when making the same sized raised panel in oak please?

Hi Fiona, The timber that we used for this is north American Tulipwood.
The panel in Oak would need about 3-4 passes, if you try to take too much and move too slow will burn the end grain on the top curve, the first few passes are stock removal, but you can take as many as needed, the last pass being a light cut to clean up, the panel needs to be 17-18mm thick to start with, and the aim is to remove stock to fit the groove. Hope that helps :) Tracey, Customer Services.
