The card room makes their $20 door, plus food drink etc. The dealers are technically “volunteers” who work on tips. Very similar to Texas laws only there is no hourly rate. It’s a daily rate.

honestly I hate to slow play after flopping the nuts, in no scenario is the other guy gonna ever catch up when they have no aces so just show aggression right away build the pot is better than slow playing, which is actually showing strength as soon as you start betting
