The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus (Latin: Cor Jesu Sacratissimum) is one of the most widely practised and well-known Catholic devotions, wherein the heart of Jesus Christ is viewed as a symbol of "God's boundless and passionate love for mankind"
Prayer to the Sacred Heart
O most holy Heart of Jesus,
fountain of every blessing,
I adore you,
I love you and with a lively sorrow for my sins.
I offer you this poor heart of mine.
Make me humble, patient, pure,
and wholly obedient to your will.
Grant, good Jesus,
that I may live in you and for you.
Protect me in the midst of danger;
comfort me in my afflictions;
give me health of body,
assistance in my temporal needs,
your blessings on all that I do,
and the grace of a holy death.
Within your heart I place my every care.
In every need let me come to you
with humble trust saying,
Heart of Jesus, help me.
Amen.

I was just feeling a lot of pain and I could not sleep all night long from buring pain all over my body and inflammation I was crying all night long and morning long cause the inflammation in my body so badly hurting me I felt like I wanted to scream well every one else was sleeping quietly cause pain so severe through out my body why I cried all night long and morning long cause the pain I was in I know I have to try to get sleep to get rid of all sickness and disease and infirmities
