Gandia Holiday Flat

Holiday flat just a couple of houses up from the beach and Mediterranean at Marenys de Rafalcaid in Gandia, Valencia, Spain. A three-minute walk and you're in the sea!
The flat is the top floor of our own home but with it's own entrance (via our garden). There's a double bedroom with sea views, single with distant mountain views. The open-plan kitchen area and living room includes induction cooker and oven, fridge freezer, breakfast bar, sofa and armchair, smart tv and wifi booster (fibre broadband imminent). There's a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There's a portable air con unit and also a portable oil heater. Outside is a terrace with sea views, table for four and storage bench, plus wall-mounted hanger for laundry. The washing machine is in our garden, just by the outdoor steps up to the flat.
Marenys is 4km from Gandia town centre and there's a road bridge over the river and cycle path/walkway that connects it to the much busier Grau de Gandia beach. You can also walk in the other direction along the beach to Daimus, or there's a quiet rural cycle route there too.
Marenys has a bus service to Gandia (10 mins) 5 times most days, one euro each way. There's a much more regular town service to the Grau costing 1.50. There's also a local bicycle hire service.
