Hello Victor, I own a small scale B2B business (we manufacture production machineries). You have always stressed on emphasising values of product over price, But in our case, customer on first call itself (we have to approach all customers over call only, since its not possible to visit them all over the country), they ask for us to mail them technical specifications and price. After which they never seem to understand why our prices are higher. We offer best price to quality ratio in the market. What do you think, I should do in this case?
