Is that true!? I know a lot of homeless and sometimes I'm like What is wrong with some of these people! Stealing and stuff from someone that is helping them being good to them ect Thanks for the info! I've never heard that before, makes sense though.
I help a few homeless in London and mental illness (that’s only my opinion as I’m not a mental health worker) or unusual behaviour is quite common. It’s hard to tell if they were like that before and that is why they became homeless or it was caused by them sleeping rough. It’s a hard life on the streets especially during the winter. The only positive is there are plenty of people that give them food and thanks to being in the city there are a few places that let them wash themselves and their clothes.

Years ago a man walked into my old home town wanting a haircut in the salon where I worked, he scared the girls with his wild appearance, long hair and big bushy beard and old fatigues so I volunteered to cut his hair and beard and talked to him for awhile. To this day I feel honored to have met this man, he just couldn't live in society like us since he'd returned from war years previous, so he lived in the mountains, alone, he was a brilliant man, he would come out once a year and get cleaned up so he could bring the books he'd written to his publisher, he was an absolutely beautiful man underneath all that hair with beautiful blue eyes, a very kind but tortured soul, I often wonder what became of him, some never recover from whatever hell they've endured. I hope this man finds peace. I see lots of videos of people helping others and I am glad they are helping. Give to those truly in need when you can, even when no one's looking. 🙏
The emotions in his eyes and body language tell all. His anxiety at first to total peace at the end. I’m so grateful for people like you who help out folks that need it so badly. I hope he finds what he needs to get on his feet. This is a great start!
You can see the change in his face. He's goes from scared to nervous to relieved. Near the end you see his body language change, when he realizes some people just want to help. It's beautiful really
The ultimate act of kindness was that Jesus Christ, willfully, knowingly, humbly and lovingly stepped down from his exalted throne in Heaven, came to earth to be born of a poor family in a nation defeated and occupied by enemy forces. He was misunderstood and gossiped about. They even lied about him although he healed the sick, raised the dead, fed the poor, and loved everyone. Finally he took all our sins upon him and died for us, although he could have called on the angels to come set him free. He endured to the end of the most painful suffering because he loves us. He died for us. He arose for us. And do you know what he is doing right now? He is sitting at Heavenly Father, right now, interceding for us. This has been going on for centuries and will continue until he comes back to earth to receive those left on earth who love him - and take them with him to Heaven. Yes, love and serve the homeless, but remember to tell them that they truly do have a home - in Heaven.
And to the barber...I wish the Veterans in Oklahoma could meet you because you just brought back some of that man's dignity. Thank you Angel of heart & redemption.😢😊❤🇺🇲
I am crying. Small acts of kindness can be life changing. It's as if nothing special has happened to this man for years, not even a simple haircut. I hope that more special things happen for him. He looks joyous by the end of the haircut.
Think about this very thing a lot. Had to move back home at 30yrs old my parents could have easily said no and boom I'm homeless. It's that easy to lose everything
The transformation in his eyes is the biggest one! From fear, pain, and uncertainty to calm. Turning back into his true self again. Touched me to my core.
Some people have illnesses/issues that make it difficult or not able to work. It's not that they Don't want to.. I wish people could understand this. I have dementia caused by Hydrocephalus, water on the brain, from hitting my head & falls. I started picking up garbage on roads & had problems doing that in a timely fashion.. Frustrating!! I also believe BAD things can happen to GOOD people . They are under attack, but that's a whole different discussion. God bless you and yours and I pray you have a wonderful day 🙏

He looks like he's recently bathed and has clean clothes. He seems to have anxiety. Maybe he's preparing to see the person he once was on the outside but never stopped being on the inside. All the while, replaying the events of his life's journey that lead him to that very chair.

I notice that alot of homeless man has a full head of hair....are we sure it's not the shampoo/conditioner that making men go bald????
@Flub Well, have you seen anyone called a bald men handsome? Didn't think so. It's not rocket science to connect the two.....Maybe you're the best person to answer my question.
He's got a smile we can see now . Good on ya, mates!!😊😊😊
Such a handsome man. Thank you for lifting him up and restoring his dignity.

Thank you for taking the time to help this this lovely man out. So Precious to God to help someone in need.
He is so beautiful. We all need to be wanted

thats unfortunate John, loner is one thing lonely a whole other level , solo 5 yrs and embracing it myself

Our homeless deserve to be treated as humans. With respect and dignity.
Homeless shouldn't be treated as humans, they are humans. We just should treat them respectful and dignity .
Yep. They can study hard. Work hard and have a job like the rest of us.

He does look a lot younger, by 10 to 15 years

He looked beautiful after his cut. You could see how thankful he was. So sweet.
You gave this man his dignity back. What a beautiful thing to do.
He looked so nervous, but in only a few minutes his demeanor completely changed, he looked so relieved. He was feeling down, but you Sir lifted him up and you gave him confidence in himself. God Bless You Young Man.
He’s truly a handsome man. Thank God for this barber 💈. His confidence came back towards the end

Yes look at his shoulder relax
Not only did it make him look 15 years younger, but I’m sure it helped him feel human again. Amazing.
Funny how you wish the best to people you don't know.
Maybe he became homeless after his wife caught him touching a little girl and from there on his life went to shit. Usually homeless people are on the street for a reason! Laziness and other dumb shi1

There’s more than just a face there. It’s a life worthy of kindness.
Thank you for doing what is right :)
the horrors of war 🇺🇸🙏❤️
You have a heart of pure gold! 🙏🏽🥰
. . . . even when no one's looking. If anything kinder can be done, I am unaware of it.

The change in his demeanor is priceless. From looking so insecure to hopeful. Almost like he recognizes and likes the man he sees in the mirror. ❤
Yes!
Amazing! Thank you for helping him! He may find employment as long as he is honest! I sincerely hope him the best!
The emotions in his eyes and body language tell all. His anxiety at first to total peace at the end. I’m so grateful for people like you who help out folks that need it so badly.
I hope he finds what he needs to get on his feet. This is a great start!
I'm happy he's got someone who cared enough to show him they cared.
This breaks my heart. So often we fail to see the humanity in others. Love your neighbor, show love to the strangers you meet.
Yes, that!
Your comment is absolutely beautiful and I agree.
Amen Amen Amen 🙏❤
Will we? Will we try harder? But what if we are in a hurry? Will we make time?
You can see the change in his face. He's goes from scared to nervous to relieved. Near the end you see his body language change, when he realizes some people just want to help. It's beautiful really
This is the ultimate act of kindness. It makes him look like an adult male.

Yeah, I was thinking that the bloke looks older than me and has a great head of hair.
My heart goes out to the stylist. You gave this man his dignity back. People they are human beings. Look and help them. Please i did.👂☝️🙏❤️😢
I am crying. Small acts of kindness can be life changing. It's as if nothing special has happened to this man for years, not even a simple haircut. I hope that more special things happen for him. He looks joyous by the end of the haircut.
Homelessness is just a few misfortunes away for any of us. Bless this barber for his kindness and empathy.
Think about this very thing a lot. Had to move back home at 30yrs old my parents could have easily said no and boom I'm homeless. It's that easy to lose everything

That stylist did a fantastic job. Now all that man needs is a place to stay and a job, that’ll get his self esteem back. ❤
All that man's needs is a hand up and after that he will do very well and prosper
We all need to stop suggesting ideas before thinking maybe there is a Good reason for an action or lack of an action. Dementia affects many people, all ages. Some people, such as myself, didn't know anything was wrong.
If not for a friend saying I was acting different I wouldn't have gone to a Neurologist..
@@wakranich3488 Good on ya friend for helping you mate and your proof that a hand up and you are different so blessings to ya and find your peace
@@wakranich3488 I understand exactly what you’re saying. I have a nephew who was not diagnosed autistic until he was in his 40’s. His father (my brother in law) called him lazy and would berate him. We need better medical assistance for those with mental, neurological, etc conditions, instead of lumping them into a group of lazy or incompetent individuals. I understand exactly where you’re coming from. Everyone’s situation is so unique, and I agree everyone should be diagnosed and helped based on their situation. ❤️

God is good! He agreed to this wonderful transformation, and that's a good thing! Looks like he went from 65 to 45 years of age. Now keep it up young man! God bless you!
@Dr. Pyssinshytz , God doesn't "do this to people" . We were given FREE WILL by God. And because of it we - MYSELF INCLUDED - make bad and poor choices. When it goes sideways because we would rather 'do it our way' or like our way better or just decide not to listen to God BAD THINGS CAN AND WILL HAPPEN. I also believe BAD things can happen to GOOD people . They are under attack, but that's a whole different discussion.
God bless you and yours and I pray you have a wonderful day 🙏
His confidence came back. It makes him feel he's back on his feet again. A wonderful change.

You can visibly see him become less tense and more relaxed as the haircut goes on. You gave this man something he hasn’t had in so long pride in himself. Seeing him smile once he sees himself made my day!

He looks like he's recently bathed and has clean clothes. He seems to have anxiety. Maybe he's preparing to see the person he once was on the outside but never stopped being on the inside. All the while, replaying the events of his life's journey that lead him to that very chair.
