Pedro Freitas As someone who climbs only up to 7a Problems, I recommend you chalk as little as possible. I usually don’t chalk at all, maybe on the crispiest of problems. In my gym there’s enough chalk on the first holds anyway. If you think you have to chalk use one of those refillable balls in a chalk bag, that way you will use less and won’t chalk the whole gym.
Super way, way, way too late. But for the orange dyno, key is doing a pull up once you hit the volume. Shortens the pendulum. So it kills some of the swing and holding on is easier. Ridiculously hard if someone isn't used to being really explosive.
