the guitar is a little low in the mix but otherwise it's fantastic. seen them 4 times since new years, incredible musicians. it's gonna be a good summer and fall tour on the Eminence Front.
I just saw goose this last sunday... It was such a killer show. Tried to bootleg it with a tascam recorder but had some pretty bad luck. I also used my cell phone as backup but it wasn't the best. I'm still going to upload the results if nothing better is on youtub.e
That's kind of like asking "is this a rock band". There are a lot of different styles of jam out there. So yes, this could be considered a jam band, but have a different style than some.
why do all these lame jambands do talking heads? TH last toured in 1983 and their last album NAKED was from 1988. that's about when these guys were born..or even after. They have ZERO "connection" to TH music. They didn't see them. They didn't grow up linking them. Yes everyone from phish, string cheese, umphrey's, widespread and now these guys cover them. And they only do the well known songs (psycho killer, life during wartime) or songs that were covered by Phish (crosseyed) furthering the fact that they REALLY do't know TH at all. They aren't "influenced" by them either. It's just the cool thing to do and phish did it, so they have to. Yuck. These guys are just more phish fans,. Talented yes. Original, no.
Wonderful review! You're so right. It is absolutely impossible to connect to music that was made before you were born! That's one of the best points I've ever read in the comments section of my videos, and I've read A LOT of great points. Good on you for fighting the good fight! Bravo.
@@mkdevo lol. you know what i am saying has some truth. they only play either the hits or the songs phish does. i dont think these guys know th music at al..you think they have a favorite album? (and i dont mean remain in light because phish did it) you think they actually know the other albums that ranged from 1977-1988..i don't ! highly doubt it. of course they :"can" be influenced by something they never saw or grew up with...i just dont think these guys did..they prob learned of TH thru phish..which is lame band w lame phish covers and the wrong way to get into a band..like i said, ill bet they only know psycho killer, wartime, cities, crosseyed, road to nowhere etc...i have seen 2 TH songs covered 1) the hits that had videos or had airplay or 2) the jham bands cover the songs they learned thru phish..what about the other 100 PLUS songs? ones that are just as good or better
@@jkweddingentrancesux You're a jerk off. Do you go from show to show and see where there's a TH cover just to take a dump in the comment section. Pretty pathetic man, get a life, move on.
So these guys throw in about 30 seconds of Crosseyed & Painless in the middle of Disco Inferno and Mr. North here gets all bent out of shape because that's music from before these guys were born. I mean, they were in the middle of playing Disco Inferno! By your logic, they shouldn't have been playing that song either because disco happened before these guys were born, but you don't even mention Disco Inferno, just the Talking Heads. Are they not allowed to play, or be influenced by blues, funk, punk, motown, or disco because that all happened before they were born? Your comment above is just moronic.
As a guy who plays music I say your argument is absolutely bull shit . I was born in 81 and when starting out I was all Zep Floyd and Beatles all music which was made before I was born. Oh I have news for you those guys were influenced by people who were doing it before they were born.
I am liking this before I even watch it because I WAS THERE! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE

This is super high quality. Thanks!
mk still around... hell yea! these guys are legit!
Goose is ready to headline at any point!
Where the hell did these guys come from??? UA-cam recommended this from a bear attack video and my mind is blown.
They’re from CT... tight little band right?
Belgium
...but how was the bear attack video? lol
@@Bepollard1 There's a different band called Goose from Belgium. These guys are from Connecticut
People who watch bear attack videos happen to love this band! Welcome to the club.
goose and mkdevo for the win
Thanks! Tell them that! 😂
Rick is too low in the mix... Peter is too loud in the mix. Or a little of column A, a little of column B. But still... I watch it, I listen, I enjoy.

The guitar is barely audible. Doesn't matter, Goose rocks.
The four people who clicked thumbs down probably did it as soon as Adam said PPPP was coming up next

Keys are too loud in the Mix but still love this band. Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooose
Goooooooooose
Did you film the Pigeons though? If so please post! All 3 nights were lethal doses of Pigeon funk!!!
Yes, we did the Facebook live streams. Stay tuned and subscribe for updates!
Are these guys from Vasudo??
Yea some of them are, bass and lead guitar
What a groove these guys have. Terriffic
I was hoping as this went on they would fix the mix. But they didn’t. Keyboards are way to loud.
Did Peter lose a bet and have to wear that hat all show?
Is this a jamband
