Wow sir, I've seen a lot of triumphs in my day and that one that one is one badass triumph. I loved hearing the info. Amazing sir, looking good for your age sir. Keep that one wheel down. Absolutely amazing video. Great filming Ronnie. That triumph is the best in the East Coast
Acquiring that bike was meant to be! I rode the wheels off of a Triumph 500 twin Trophy Trail. Loved that bike. It was my dad's before I took it over. You know how that can happen. Lol. I even stripped it down and flat track raced it. Beat some guys on 750 flat track Triumphs and beat Steve Baker's mechanic who was racing a tricked out Yamaha 500 single flat tracker he built for himself. Steve was the star of the track and became the first 750 road racing World Champion for factory Yamaha. That made me feel accomplished. That bike in the video here still looks awesome. Happy New Year Ken!
Back in the UK in the mid 80s my elder brother had a Triumph T100 SS and as a young teenage lad i tried several times to take it for a ride when he was out down the pub.. i wanted to impress the girl up the street and go for a ride...but i could never start it nearly broke my leg a few times with compression kick back threw me over the handle bars once.. he sold it soon after for Honda 750 four.. he found out where the bike was a few years ago and rebuilt it and now in my 50s i finally started it and took it for that ride..one bike and two sets of great memories..great bike.
I am the same way Kap I will forget your name but I will never forget your motorcycle, car, dirtbike, and etc. When I worked at a Parts House I always forgot the customer’s name but when they walked in I’d have their car pulled up on the computer.
What a Great Triumph story , loving all your uploads watching from the UK 🇬🇧 👍🏼👍🏼
Love that story too, small world, must bring back great memories.
