Some Favorite Metal Detecting Places

Some of my favorite places to metal detect, in a video slideshow.
Park areas, playground totlots, picnic areas, wooded areas of parks, and all the different ball fields are best for finding coins and jewelry.

Wow... I wish my metal detector went down that deep... I hope what ever you found beside the sidewalk was worth all that digging... Lol.

All them little sit down and hangout areas with benches are great. The old cement areas I've not thought of, thanks for sharing that. I'll start looking at things and hunting areas a little different now. Happy hunting.

New water main line installed in the neighborhood. Asked for permission to search , next to the houses, the dirt piles, and after the work was finished, the covered up holes.
Found some nice old coins from this mid 50's built area.
