Why you are not provided coloumn?. Nowadays very small construction also provided a coloumn.
I am thinking also same thing ...!! I am following a architect , he build some very beautiful houses , his work are very good !! And most of the houses he build more than minimum 80 lakh in price to corers .. but most of those houses have no column .. i dnt understand why ? Only the foundation build with a type of stone .. no frame structure .. its in kerala .. when you can spends crorer in a house you cant give some column in the house ? I dnt understand why they build house like that !! Full weight is on the wall .. too risky !!

@@farhanthestar ok but a place where too much river and flood i dnt think this type of house or foundation suitable !! In kerala i hv seen people build this types of house a lot !!
@@wahidreza4290 myself too a builder, GRAND ABRIGO CONSTRUCTIONS. , this structure is suitable for low cost. For g+1 , you can recommend this. Columns and pillars are familiar this decade, before 90s, this was the only type of structure people used to build. I have seen this type of structure in apartments too. Compare to columns and beams, this is weak structure. That's it.

@@wahidreza4290 I don't have that idea. My company is in chennai. My construction is of framed structure which includes column beam. But if u want to work outside, you have to stick onto various rules and conditions. Saw in uae where concrete rood slab is of 1 feet with too heavy rebars.

way you are not using AAC blog for this house what is the price of red brick.
This probably a load bearing structure building. So AAC blocks are not safe for load bearing structure. AAC blocks are ideal for framed structure only.
