i made a clock from my old chain and sprockets from my old sinnis apache but being a welder i welded a steel plate in the middle of the rear sprocket and drilled a hole in that
Wow I'm suprised you know about chords, tangents etc. Did you do A levels or not....it's cool you have learnt some nice maths. Most people don't bother
bowches no I left school at 16, but Im always teaching myself stuff. I have learnt more since leaving school than in it. maths, physics all that sort of stuff interests me a lot.
haha there is an easier way to find the center draw 1 line, draw a second line 90 degrees at a cross of the first line and the circle, make a triangle the center wil be in the middle of the last (longest) line
Cool. If you are searching fore new parts for a clock: Assamble 4 or 5 of your clutch friction plates in a circle on a peace of metal or wood, then add a clock...
i fear you feel presured to give updates just chill do your thing that all i think most people expect hope to catch up with you but hay im just a watcher and too shy to say hi and still wobbiley on my bike scarred ill get laughed at....
Nice. Might knock one up when it comes time to change discs.
+AngryPrawn it cost like £6 for the clock and £3-4 for some aluminium sheet so it's super cheap
May have to do this when my new discs come through the post
just and idea for the sprocket and chain idea maybe you could run a little motor on each sprocket to get the chain to move when you turn it on and off

That's really cool
Neat idea
Best Quote ever! "I'm not good at math I'm good at stuff you can actually use"
They look dank bro, how's Derek doing?
They look great.
But i couldn't tell what time it is on those clocks xD
Pretty cool :)

Good vid's recently!

Very interesting :)
You'd make a few quid selling those on eBay! Trigonometry is spot on too!

Fingers crossed here as well.
Doesn't Suzuki do spares? -I mean the DRZ is still a current bike and it's unlikely the entire engine is toast.
+Jan Verschueren a piston, barrel and rings is £1600 from Suzuki. That why it got the big bore for 1200 less!!
spicy110 Ouch!! -that's a mark-up and a half.
Cool.
