    I improved my hair by following these: Having more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using organic shampoo, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. This is good for hair fall control.

    This is the reason WEN had so many lawsuits. They caused many people to lose hair, me included. And I barely applied it to the top of my head. I believe they said it was the buildup that it caused. Also, it did this to certain types of hair.

      It definitely is necessary for certain types of hair. My hair is wavy and it gets super tangled doesn't matter if I let it dry naturally or blow dry it. I may not bother using conditioner if I'm doing a full bun, but I mostly tie top and sides and not the back side. Also conditioner is a life saver for my beard which is very curly. My sister has silky smooth hair, she'll rarely even bother brushing it and it never tangles even a little bit.

      When you say hair loss, do you mean on your scalp, or like, pulling hair off type of hair loss ? .. Cuz the average person looses an average of 100 hairs per day, we just don’t usually notice it … And when it comes to conditioner, I never put it directly on my scalp, I use it very sparingly, and start like maybe two inches from the top of my head down? Just think of it as a detangler, u don’t need any on your scalp, only in areas that get all tangled up, ❤

    Towel dry your hair Before applying conditioner for optimal use as this opens the follicles and allows for moisturizing..
    So you wanna take a towel, wrap it around your hair and squeeze the water out, u don’t want to Rub the towel on your hair the way u do when u get out of the shower though, it’s more like a “Pat dry” , but a “squeeze dry” instead .
    And you should also use a Hair Treatment once every two weeks to a month for healthier hair ( KPax is one of the best out there still to this day ) … ( Learned all of this in hair school)

    • @OGimouse1
      @OGimouse1 Рік тому

      The reason people see a return of hair growth with oil treatments on the scalp is the same reason oil-free makeup can increase breakouts: oil breaks up oil, and if your body feels your scalp feels dry (which it can, particularly with a fungal infection like dandruff related from ringworm), it will keep pushing more oil out until it fills up the follicle and crowds out the hair. Oil from your scalp is supposed to be a waste facilitator and was intended to be washed or brushed out by grooming (see: our cousins and ancestors). People keep forgetting your hair is a waste product and the oil isn't.
