I have many steps too. One thing I started doing is rubbing whatever is left on my fingers onto the backs of my hands (instead of on my head!). No waste!

Fabulous demonstration on how to correctly use good skincare products, Miss Tammy! We're so blessed to live in a time when these items are available. Omigosh, I love switching up products frequently as long as the ingredients are basically the same or in the same benefits category. That's why when we built out home, we installed a refrigerator in the Master Bath to store creams, etc.. They last longer and I don't worry as much about them going bad. LOL!! Oh my, I am so happy I found your channel. I am 44 years with the driest skin you can imagine also. I love the Sunday Riley Flora oil. I have a trick I found works. I use generic Retin-A 3-4 days a week and put Estee Lauder skin repair on at night daily with the Flora and several different creams I rotate like you. I have It cosmetics confidence in a cream, Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme Cell Power, Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Cell cream. I want to try the Sunday Riley Tidal Cream. The trick is to put a small amount of Cerave healing ointment over everything to lock all the moisture in. Lots of ceramides and hyaluronic acid in a petrolatum base. I know it sounds bad but it is not near as greasy as vaseline. The ointment holds all the creams and oils on the skin and I swear you wake up so glowy! I just tried it one night because no matter what I do I wake up with dry skin and cracked lips.Thanks for the tips!
I Still use bio oil.....I use argan oil serum with vitamin c.....love my rosehip oil with francinsence, carrot oil and myrth.........I use hydroloronic acid cream....eye serum and eye cream....
I am loving the it moisturizer...confidence in a jar ....on second jar.

Another wonderful video. I am 67 and have fairly nice skin. I have always had an am and pm routine since I was 15 ,whether it was as inexpensive as Oil of Olay or much more costly. The past few years I have stuck with Demetri James Skinn products. They work for me and I love them. They are kind of middle of the road in price.Thank you for another great video!

I have just recently started masking because of you and have a lovely assortment to choose from. Luxury! I tend to use the same skin care for a bit then switch it up. Usually because I see you use something and, wham, it's in my cabinet! I'm in the midst of reconstruction after my mastectomy, so my skin care goes all the way to my belly. If I could only keep one thing, it would be the May Coop. I never cease to be awed with what a difference it makes.

That's a fabulous routine! Very thorough, covers every skin need! And I have Hadalabo's Hyaluronic Lotion too! Love it! Use it every day. One day I'll be able to get back to a more thorough skincare routine but being on strong med's has made me intolerant to a lot of products right now. Humf! Just a tip, instead of rubbing the leftover on your turban maybe you could rub it on the backs of your hands instead, that way NOTHING gets wasted and your hands will love it. I heard this trick from someone and they said they consistently would rub the excess creams on one of her hands and that hand was way smoother and youthful than the other! Lol! Just an idea. 😉💖
I have very sensitive, dry skin and use the May Coop Raw Sauce not just on my face and neck, but also on my hands and arms. It helps tremendously with my itchy skin. I've used the Drunk Elephant products for over a year and I love them, as I do the Sunday Riley products. Thank you for clearing up when to apply sunscreen. I wasn't sure! Thanks for all you do.

I mask after washing my face in the morning. Essential oil, vitamin c, hyuloronic acid, sunscreen is a must for me. I have dehydrated dry skin and I do use retin-a 0.1% at night so my morning treatment is the extensive one about 10-12 products.

I switched up my growth factors and peptides a few months ago to Nugene by Kathy Ireland and I'm in love!! I NEVER thought I would find anything I liked as much or better than the Skin Medica TNS serum and TNS eye cream. The Nugene universal serum and eye serum has totally rejuvenated my eyes and gives me a nice glow.

I have to change my routine based on the day, because I am oily and acne prone, yet can get surface dehydration at times. Low pH cleanser (Neutrogena Deep Clean oil free) then Shiseido White Lucent toner. If I can I use a sheet mask (thanks to learning about them from you!) Then hyaluronic acid gel, Skinmedica Vitamin CE serum, spot treat any hyperpigmentation with hydroquinone, Studio alpha hydroxy 7.8% cream, and a couple of mists of pure rosewater. I pat on a bit of rosehip oil all over, then I am finished. It sounds like a lot, but it really doesn't take much time.
I think you look absolutely amazing and are a great inspiration to us mature ladies. Just came upon your channel recently and I'm hooked.

I really like Paula's Choice products. In the am I use her toner and 2% BHA. Then I use the Olay ProX anti-aging lotion with sunscreen mixed with the PC C+ serum and oil booster. Currently, I'm finishing with the Drunk elephant B6 hydration gel. Most days I use a tinted sunscreen (and a little powder) rather than foundation. This combo works for me. People are usually shocked to find out that I'm 77. Keep these great informational videos coming.

I have sensitive skin with the odd dry patch and I use a lot of French Pharmacy stuff, my favourite has to be La Roche Posay! I do want to try out some of the Guerlain skincare, especially the Abeille Royale line. I'm tempted by their Orchidee Imperiale too but that's a bit out of my price range. It's hard finding samples though, since my skin is so reactive I can't just buy everything without trying it for a day or two first and some sales associates can be a bit snooty about this. I'm beginning to suspect it's much easier to get samples in the US than over here in the UK. At least for some of the brands.

I've learned so much from your videos and the change in my skin is very noticeable. Many people have asked me what it is that I do, and I refer them to your videos. By the way, since you introduces the oils in your videos, I've been using them consistently, and trust me, the difference in my skin is obvious, and truly, I have you, and other YTubers to thank for. I tend to have have dry, dehydrated skin, so I use a variety of oils, mainly coconut oil, rose hip oil, and jojoba oil. Lately I have been trying out and loving the Andalou Naturals line, which has products for brightening, age-defying, moisturizing, etc. I have their cleansing milk, toner, revitalizing serum, probiotic and C renewal cream, goji peptide perfecting cream, a lemon sugar face scrub and a pumpkin, honey and glycolic mask. My skin has never looked more even toned, as well as bright and smooth. I also use pure rose water as a toner every few days and it has greatly diminished redness in my cheek/nose area. I also use a hyaluronic jelly and a retinol serum by Indeed Laboratories and the combination of ingredients in all these products has given me better skin at 42 than I had at 32! As long as they keep working, I will keep using and re-purchasing! :)

I've heard great things about Sunday Riley products. They are sold at my store, however they are so expensive and that has been the issue. I've tried other products because there are so many to choose from. But now I think I will sample some of the serums, especially the good genes. Will let you know how it works on me. I'm 54, but I have very oily skin. That's why I tend to stay away from the oils. Thanks Tammy. If you want to try another good skin line, try the Omorovizca line. It's amazing.
I love May Lindstrom blue cacoon after my Refissa calms and soothes I can use it every night!! I also really learned a lot from Caroline Hirons love her information on acids. Her blog is really informational and funny.
I eventually would love to try some of the Sunday Riley Products. I just recently switched over to using all Shiseido makeup and skincare products and are really enjoying them. My next purchase will be the May Lindstrom problem solver clay mask. As always I love when you come out with a new video!!!!!!

Switch it up...especially with the season changes ! Niod & the Ordinary or Sunday Riley - I tend to be normal to oily ( face only...gator everywhere else 😉). Love the Tidal especially!!
I mix it up also shampoos etc..the skin gets lazy and gets used to a product so it needs a kick start with a different product every now and again. I occasionally get 'roll off' even when I wait before I apply my foundation. I may be being a bit too heavy handed with my products, after watching you. really enjoyed watching your skin care morning routine. my mother at a young age told me never to drag my skin - she said you only get one face! I am 59 now and not a wrinkle in sight - so that early advice paid off for me. you also add very gentle and pat in - which again, is great advice. they never tell you on the bottle - do they
+Elaine Bines LOL...No they never tell you much on the bottle! For the roll off...it is quite possible you are over using...BUT the real culprit could be your primer if you are using one...Primers tend to be overuse...if so, they will roll right off with your foundation application...try cutting back on all...see if that helps...Love that you take care of your skin...thanks for sharing Elaine!!
I didn't think of that. I have a number of primers, not that keen on them to be honest but will definitely try to use less and see if that works. I think the primer is the culprit

I do love products with essential oils also. I have some with Frankincense, argon oil and one with orange and rosehip oil. I use the C every morning but have not tried the skin medica C/E will have to check it out. I go heavier on the products at night of course. Thank for the tips. I always enjoy these videos.

Interesting about the sunscreen. I don't use a separate sunscreen, I use a moisturizer that has 30 SPF in it. I hope that is enough, so far so good at age 61! Love all of your shared wisdom Tammy! Gratitude....
That if you completely shield yourself from direct sunlight, aren't in the car often and spend most of your day indoors, the your moisturizer should be fine. Otherwise you should use a separate sunscreen. More importantly, you need to re-apply sunscreen every 4 hours. If you wear makeup I would suggest finding an spf powder, which makes re-application super easy.
You will be fine...as long as it is a broad spectrum..!! If I am not hanging outside at all...I sometimes will skip the extra..:))
Because of your videos I started using Vitamin C serum and masks and taking better care of my aging skin. I also peel when I use Retin A - even after a year of regular use. I always learn something when I watch your videos. I have combination normal to sligtly dry sensitive skin. I'm 67 and was always oily until 60 when my skin started to normalize. I use different brands and just started using Hylamide stabilized vitamin c and subQ which has 3 types of hylauronic acids then varyious brands of moisturizer with sunscreen.

Thx Tammy. I never heard of using carrot oil. I need to look into this idea. Interesting. I bought retinol cream and it is so stinky from the health food store. I added essential to make it tolerable. I wish I did not buy 2. Need to use that stuff up cuz it was $30 each on sale. The store was closing.

I'm definitely not dry. I used to be more oily, but find that as I tweak my skin care I am starting to become more oily to normal. I'm really interested in introducing some of the Sunday Riley products into my routine. Will have to do a bit of research before I go whole hog on them though :)

Great video. Thanks for the step by step. I wasn't sure when to on give sunscreen. Thanks to you I use eye masks every other day and have seen a great improvement. I mix products too. Thinking of purchasing some timeless products soon. Love the handy hand cleaning turban. Cracked me up. Take care.
lovely routine.. :) I am also a patter lol :) I use Skin Ceuticals ferulic acid and I also read somewhere to use with 100% pure Argan oil but to wait at least half an hour until skin has absorbed the Skin Ceuticals serum, and of course it works in conjunction with sunscreen which is an absolute must in all skincare regimes.
Fantastic Routine. I love the Sunday Riley products. Have and use them all. Have not tried the Drunken Elephant products yet. Looking forward to see what you think about them. Clever packaging on the Vitamin C. Still wish Skinceutical would put theirs in the same packaging as their AOX eye serum. Will wait to hear your future thoughts on it to see if that should be my next C purchase. 😘
I like to mix things up when something catches my eye or recommended. But I don't wander from my skin cleansing and basic moisturizer because it took me so long to find things that complimented my fussy skin. I think I'll give the Drunk Elephant C serum a go around and thank you for the recommendation. You reminded me of a very important point when I watched this video which is to "pat" versus "rub" everything in. Thank you, as always, for a lovely video.
I love oils too. Every time you change your skincare routine You can do a video because I am very interested. I also change the products from time to time, to try other formulas and see which is better. Love the Luna oil at nights and also the Korres overnight mask is nice. For day time I use a simple C serum from Marshalls but Iam intrigued by the Drunken Elephant. Always finish my routine w mineral sunscreen 60++. Love your skincare videos Tammy.

I love all your videos but this one especially. I'm such a new newbie when it comes to skin care. This was perfect...clear, concise and orderly (just what I needed, as too many choices confuse me...lol) I have tried a couple of the Sunday Riley products and I love them. I plan to add a few more to my routine. Would you consider doing this same type of video for your night time routine? Thanks so much. PS loving your current daily masking series.
Chou use such beautiful skin care. I just can't use my back ups fast enough. I'm using a serum from Serious Skincare called Reverse Lift. I use the Reverse Lift cream on top of that. I also use rose hip oil to finish it off. When I run out of the serum & cream I did another out of my box of backups. I don't switch it up. I just use everything till I finish it. One of these days I'll be able to buy the medical grade skin care. Thanks for more glorious information. Bisous, Lucy
I love these videos so much! My morning is less products but similar. I use the MayCoop raw sauce, Mario Badescu vitamin C serum, Timeless metrixyl 3000, Coleen Rothschild sheer renewal cream, and a mineral sunscreen. Either Elta MD or Exuviance. I bought the Sunday Riley start over but I think I'm using it wrong. I will try again. Too expensive not to use. Xo, Tracy
Great video today! I liked that you used many of the same brands in this video, which is what I tend to do. I am finding that since I have very sensitive skin and - for instance- if I try a new cleanser, it will puff up my eyes and redden my throat, but not my cheeks or décolleté. Then I have to spend a week waiting for the irritation to go away. Frustrating for sure. I've been using Burts Bees products for a long time and have good luck with them. At the same time, I want to branch out and experiment, so I'm taking myself to Sephora soon and will try some of the products you have discussed. Thanks for these videos...I'm 67 and want to keep my skin and hair looking nice for as long as possible. L
Thank you for your honest videos. They are a real joy to watch and I can trust your opinion. I've subscribed for some time but went back to your early videos the other evening when I couldn't sleep (new meds:( ). I'm 49 so I'm absorbing all of your insight. You inspired me to try a hair mask I received in an Ipsy bag. I loved it! Even better, my husband commented on how soft my hair felt while he was giving me head rubs. (Yes, l got a good one too; husband that is.) I' will continue under your tutelage and hope to look half as fresh as you.

Great video! Your skin is gorgeous! I've recently changed my skincare routine/products up and have seen a major difference. I have dry very sensitive skin. In the morning I use Paula's Choice Resist hydrating cleanser (mild and fragrance free), Paula's Choice Resist calming toner, May Coop Raw Sauce, Timeless CoQ10 serum, Drunk Elephant C Firma, Drunk Elephant B-Hydra (love this), a moisturizer (which one depends on what my skin is doing that day), Elta sunscreen. I'm getting ready to start using Retin A but I'm getting a houseful of company in 3 weeks and will wait til everyone leaves. I don't want to be going through the beginning uglies when they are here LOL Thanks for sharing!
Great video Tammy! I have dry mature skin and the Natura Bisse line keeps my skin looking better than any other brand I've tried. I do throw in the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and you've got me masking! So far I'm loving the Martinni masks the most. When I start switching my skincare up my skin breakouts...so I try not to do that too much. But I do agree with you, it's almost like if you don't add something else or change it up a little you don't get the same results anymore. I am still searching for a good product to lighten age spots and hyperpigmentation .
Hello Miss T thank you so much for that video I too am using some Sunday Riley products and love them. I so agree especially over 50 and I'm coming up 59 it is good to tweak the products we use maybe alternate etc mind you it does depend on budget but, as we say in Ireland you get what you pay for in most instance's. Hi Tammy, your skin is beautiful. enjoyed your routine. I have worked hard to discover what my skin likes and dislikes. I have tried so many products from very expensive to not so expensive. I have dry flaking skin, dark circles and puffy, few fine lines at 55. I have found my skin does not like Sunday Riley anything, beautiful products but gave away. my skin does not like thick products. I wipe my face with soft cloth and Miccellar water in am, then follow with Thayer Cucumber or Rose Witch Hazel, alcohol free, after dry I use Algeninst Resurfacing Toner, it's thicker like Raw Sauce. Algeninst eye balm or Bobbi Brown eyes cream, and Belif Aqua Bomb Face Gel Moisturizer wait 30 sunscreen n makeup, at night I use Garnier Miccellar to remove makeup, wash with Caudalie Konjac Sponge and purpose non detergent gentle cleaner. use the Thayers Witch Hazel in Rose, and L'Occitane Divine Oil, lightly, then surprisingly excellent cream heavier but not too heavy It Cosmetics Confidence Cream. it's wonderful it's for use on face , eyes, neck and decolette. And I have noticed good results. I am loving masking now. the Belif Aqua Bomb Face Gel cream is light fresh, light to no scent, soaks right in, it's Korean skin care and brightens. The Confidence Cream has essential oils and good ingredients. wish they came in pumps but it's a smooth nourishing night cream. and everything is mid range in price. Great Video
