    📜This recipe will feed 2 very hungry people.
    🔹 Ingredients: 🔹
    - 1 kg / 2.2 lbs chicken wings
    - 3 garlic gloves
    - ½ tsp grated or liquid ginger
    - 3 tsp miso paste
    - 3 tbsp mirin
    - 2 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp sesame oil
    - 3 tbsp honey
    - ¼ tsp white pepper
    🔹 Preparation: 🔹
    1. First preheat your oven to 210°C / 410°F.
    2. Dry your chicken wings very well with paper towels. This will ensure that the skin will be extra crispy and you get rid of any juices present on the wings.
    3. For easier backing you need to separate wings into 2 parts (or 3 if your wing tips haven't been removed at the butchers already), a drumette and flat wing (or wingette).
    4. Place your wing flat down on the board and cut the skin with your knife tip. With your knife find the joint between the drumette and wingette. Make a small incision until you can feel the joint. Put your knife to the side and take the wing into your hands and pop out the joint. Don't be afraid to use some force. Once you see that the joint popped out place the wing back onto the board, take your knife and slice it along the joint.
    This way you avoid cutting into a bone and it makes it very easy to separate the wing in 2. Do this until you have separated all the wings in 2 parts.
    5. In a bowl crush 3 garlic cloves and to them add the ½ tsp grated or liquid ginger, 3 tsp miso paste, 3 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp honey and ¼ tsp white pepper. Mix well.
    6. Transfer the wings into the zip lock bag and pour over your marinade. Marinade everything for at least 2 hours.
    7. Spread the wings onto a well oiled baking rack that you set above a backing pan. Bake them for 10-15 minutes.
    8. Turn the wings over and brush them with the leftover marinade. Bake them for additional 5 to 7 minutes.
    9. Once done, transfer them to a plate and serve.
