Hey Christopher, hope you find something soon you’re off to a good start, Orlando has truly grown since I was born, raised and still reside yep I’m a native which is very rare. Guess what? The drivers that are on the road are probably not native Orlandians, we’re very laid back we take it easy and cruise. I work at a public elementary school and there’s only 3 of us born and raised in Orlando out of a staff of 123. Enjoy your stay and I pray you do well here.
Bringing back so many memories from when I did the very same thing almost 3 years ago. We took the plunge and have loved the adventure! And we love visiting Celebration, just wait til the holiday season!
If they’re not on your list already check out Halston World Gateway (used to be Arium Palms) off I Drive close to Celebration, easy drive to airport (the one time I *would use a toll road, otherwise I avoided at all costs too 😅), super close to Disney (worked there at the time), and maybe 15-20m to Universal. I had a ground floor 1/1 for around $1385 in 2017. Also Mirabella Condos right next to it, my friends and I had a top floor 3/2 for $1200 (it was 2015 though 🥴) BUT they’re all privately owned and I’ve personally seen zillow listings in the last six months for 1BRs in the $1200ish range. > I personally prefer privately owned vs large complex for affordability and lack of shenanigans lol. My first place in Orlando was at Cumberland Park apts, top floor 1/1 $1325ish in 2012, also on I drive but close to the premium outlets and everything else you mentioned wanting proximity to. Howeverrrrrr - when I lived in these places it was clearly not inexpensive and probably not meeting your budget - again, I’ve looked fairly recently at all of the above and the units I formerly had are in the $16-1800 range now 🙄 and yep utilities and all that separate for the most part. Good luck on your search, looking forward to part 2 😊
Yes I did consider it, but luckily did not have to go that route and have since found the perfect situation! I will talk more about that in future videos.

Yes I did consider it, but luckily did not have to go that route and have since found the perfect situation! I will talk more about that in future videos.
