牛油不是搽在餐包裏面食的,是應搽些少在餐包表面任何一個位,然後就咬下那個位。更正宗嘅食法,是將餐包撕下一少塊,將牛油搽在那一少塊上面後食。但當然搽在餐包裏面食又唔係犯法嘅。

以前大x樂嘅一哥焗豬扒飯個醬汁真係全港第一。後來唔知係唔係轉咗主廚,變了現在嘅醬汁版本,完全唔好食。
墨魚是印度雪貨!珍珠蠔好貴,街市都難揾,所以轉用其他較大隻蠔,但冇咁好味!戲棚粥有冇加方魚?食完滷水口渴可能係辣椒醋有味精,純粹個人經驗!
