    okay after rewatching a couple times two formulas are used to determine whether or not you need to skip the ecc/iso phases and the other formula are used to determine if you need strength speed or power

      correct, you can do eccentric in all phase like speed and power your just doing high speed.

    I'm going to start using this system, but what's the procedure to follow for the sprint tests?
    Should the athlete start from blocks? 3-point of 4-point start? Standing start?
    Using a Freelap system, should the start be measured with a start button or with a cone that captures the chip passing the start line?
    I suppose each athlete runs 20 yards a couple of times (3?). Do I take the best time or the average?
    I can also measure the agility test with the Freelap system. Is it ok to use that time instead of a hand-held time?

    Sounds confusing what i meant to say is why multiple formulas and not one master formula and if multiple is better what is the order we take to use them

      from one formula you can get all the possible qualities

    Hey you have all these formulas on your website, so if it says you need an eccentric phase but not an iso you go from eccentric straight to concentric phase and also what if it says something like work on 1-4 while telling you to also do an eccentric/ iso phase

    Can I do blocks for more than 3 weeks

      the return starts to drop off , so then switching to another stimulus if optimal

      @@jtjamn8929 the returns (gains/neural adaptations from the eccentric or isometric phases) start to drop off or increase at a slower rate. So its better to switch to a different stimulus (eccentric, isometric, concentric) to maintain the highest rate of return.
