Good idea plus you can add your essential oils like Argon, Olive, Coconut oil etc...I would place hair cap on wrap in warm towel for 10mins then under the steamer for 10mins rinse off with cool water.

I believe you. I have been doing this for one month (dec 19 to jan 20) and I am AMAZED. I had an underskin zit which was bumpy no puss. I applied fermented rice water ( not your method) and within 3 days it flattened and by day 4, DISAPPEARED😯😯 I used the fermented water on my hair and the growth is Surreal. On the 4th day, I apply coconut oil to my hair and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Then wash my hair with a mild shampoo and at the end I dip my hair in the "fermented rice water". Massage my hair in the fermented rice water. The fermented rice water, smells but it's ok since after you wipe with the towel it becomes normal.

Winifred Pius after that you wash your hair with a shampoo, if you have a natural shampoo it’s better. You will normally see immediately your hair more smooth and shiny. And for the hair growth, it depends on your hair, you can have results very fast.
Rice absorbs arsenic (poison) from fertilizer, but it can be removed by soaking the rice. Other rice water recipes use the water that rice was soaked in, so they contain arsenic. I wonder if this recipe is arsenic-free because you used organic rice and disposed of the water that you soaked the rice in.
