You didn’t think I’d let the year end without ONE more Muppet song, didja’? Last year, I was cycling hard and was stuck in an Xmas funk, definitely feeling the depression side of my Bipolarism. You can hear me fighting back tears as Gonzo (which is the usual, actually) and I gave up on the project. This year, I’m stronger and happier so I added Kermit and the poignant sweetness of that isn’t lost on me. Having mental illness is hard but surrounding yourself with loving people and loving yourself is always the way to go. Because EVERYONE matters.
