First off, does she live with you? If not, then you'll have it easy. Now, collect as much evidence as you can about her affair so you can have leverage against her later, if needed. Now assuming she doesn't live with you, break off with her but never let her know that you know she's cheating. Be vague and say something like "I just don't feel the same with you anymore, it got boring and its not exciting anymore. You know that one little imperfect thing you can't change but everybody notices about you? Its kinda like that" This will fck with her for a long time. You might even live rent free in her head too. Once its been several month of no contact, release the evidence to either her family or a website BUT frame it as if its coming from the cheater. Now she's cut off from you and her cheater. I think that if you meet a girl and ask her out or from a dating app you should expect the female to enforce the 3 dates rule before sex. BUT If you date a girl from your school or workplace which to me mean you both have been gnawing at the bit to sleep together for a while before the dating started then she's Ok with sex on the first date because of the anguish you both have been in for likely a month or more.
